"Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner. "The studio apartment is EXACTLY as pictured and in walking distance to so many places, including the marina, Shore Village, the outlets, beach, convention center, etc. The building is historic and has some charm. The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine.
