I loved the practicality of the space. It has almost everything one needs for a stay... A couple of things we needed, but could not find where a pair of scissors nor a small first aid kit...Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The owners were very nice and communicated so well. That was the best part of our stay.The two areas I was not pleased with was the quality of the condo and the location. The farmhouse decor was the best part. Most everything else is worn down or cheaply furnished. This is an old place in an old neighborhood with cute decor. Chipped and scratched paint on the walls and doorframes and mostly cheap utensils, kitchen, and bath supplies. The air conditioning in each room did not hold a steady temperature so I was adjusting it throughout the night. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. You had to go to a different area of the condo and use a shared unit with the other neighbors.The biggest struggle was sleeping. Unless you are a very deep sleeper, you will be up throughout the night. This condo is located right off a major intersection and you can hear cars and traffic very clearly through the walls. The owners must know this is an issue because they provide ear plugs by the bedside

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). The kitchen area was decently stocked with coffee and tea provided, as well as basic kitchen items. We didn’t find any scissors, which would have been helpful. The living room has a reasonably comfortable couch for one person to lounge on to watch TV but the other seat was rickety, seemed half broken and was not meant for lying down. The house itself was very convenient for our needs and had dedicated parking (plus not a very busy street for street parking. I’d stay again in this space.

Beautiful Place to stay

I recently stayed at Lan’s condo, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The condo is so spacious and beautifully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a perfect stay.Lan was an amazing host, always quick to reply to my needs, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I had a last-minute addition to my family trio for our Disneyland trip, and Lan had no problem accommodating us. This is what great customer service is all about! I’m so glad my nephew was able to join us—it made the trip even more special.The condo is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Lan and the JKL team, for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Perfect for our needs!

Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Solid property that could easily be improved to be great

When you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse. Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean. The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Worked great for us.

Property was clean, well stocked and organized. We are major water drinkers so having the brita pitcher was awesome. Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.

Was convient location for our family.

Communication with host was great. Close to great mall and not too far driving to beaches. Wish the sofa couch would have worked, they did provide a mattress which was was semi-comfy but did have to rearrange a few things and set it up. Well stocked kitchen and had tea and coffee for us to use. Floor was not cleanest and the shower curtain smell3d spongy. Was well stocked with games.
