"Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."

"The property was spotless, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even apologized for some noise coming from a neighboring property, despite it being completely outside their control. Their communication and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. If you’re visiting New York or the surrounding area, this is a property you definitely shouldn’t pass up. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking...

"The location was pretty bad, the outside was dirty with trash everywhere. Inside, the floor was terrible, sheets were dirty as well and they didn't have A/C at all and it was so hot up there."

"We had trouble trying to adjust the water temperature in the showers, cause it goes only hot or cold, nothing in between. Few dirty towels and the washer/dryer it's not great...other than that it was a good place to stay at, overall a great experience. "

"We had a great trip. This apartment is 15-20 min walk to PATH station, we went every day to get to NYC. Since it was spring we used the heat AND A/C., both worked great. Street noise was low thursday/friday but picked up saturday night. There was a supermarket 8-10 min walk away. Kitchen had enough pans to make omelets in the morning. The inside was very clean. We would stay here again."
