Club World Cup Family Trip

We stayed 7 nights to attend the Club World Cup semifinals and visited New York with two teens. First, we truly appreciated the responsiveness of the owners. Every questions were answered within minutes. Arrival and departure procedures were very clear and simple. The apartment is roomy and very clean. There was more than enough for us all. Really appreciated the two bathrooms and all the amenities. The apartment is within walking distance from Brickchurch station that connects with Penn Station in NYC within 30-35 minutes. Grocery store is next to it. The neighbourhood is typical of east Jersey, can be intimidating for some, but honestly didn’t have any issues or felt insecure. My only advice, if you are a coffee person, do like we did, bring your drip coffee machine. Other than that, no need to worry about anything else. If you’re going to an event at MetLife Stadium, buy your parking in advance for Lot 27. You will thank me later when you will drive out… overall we really appreciate our stay.

New York Trip! Great stay!

We came on family trip to New York. New York City is crazy crowded this time of year. So we decided to stay in New Jersey. The accommodations were great, clean, and quiet. It is a short walk to jump on the train into the city. I recommend taking the train over uber. Very easy to navigates. The hosts were very easy to contact and always helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Ist…the place is very clean & secured since nobody has access to d building wd no key,complete amenities.2nd its 4to5mins walk to train that will take u straight to Penn Station where New York is…3 mins walk to Madison square & 10 mins more to Time Square.Once ur in Time square,use google maps& wolah.most known tourist spots are just few mins walk!.Our host is very accommodating on all our inquiries..anytime if d day.Uber is life here& very cheap too if u guys splitting it.Istimr in New York & definitely considering to stay here again in my nxt visit.

NY vacay

We had a great time and stay. The apt is located 5 mins walk from the NJ train station (Brick Church stop). Really easy to get in and out of the city. The place was really clean and beautifully decorated. Great place for a family or anyone wanting to spend some time in the city. The apt building was quiet and clean. The host was very responsive to all our questions, we will deft come back.

Great apartment

The apartment was very nice and very clean, owner was very responsive to us, BUT the location is not in a good neighborhood, I personally would not walk anywhere around it day or night , we were going to take train into New York but decided it would be safer to just drive there.

Great times away room

The place is a very nice place and very clean. Had full kitchen set up. We used for dash. No cooking for this guy on vacation. Lol. But stove is there if that's your thing. 5 to 7 minute walk to train station if you cut through the back by the Walgreens that is litterally behind the place. People in the neighborhood were all kind to us. Parking spot is outside the garage two spots from the garage. You can see your car from the room. Great trip. Thanks for the nice stay.

Great place

Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication.

Beautiful

Perfect size for my family of five who didn’t spend much time in Jersey. Easy to find. Only issue I had was the access code that was given to me was wrong. We arrived later than expected, so my concern was not getting in contact with the owner considering the time. But luckily they were immediately able to be contacted, no problems. I have seen this problem being my only problem with rentals on this site, so I’m not sure why that is 😅 we also pulled the twin mats out for the kids to sleep on and noticed urine stains and smell immediately. They were tucked away, so I’m unsure if a previous guest used it without their knowledge but they should be tossed out. The place was so beautiful and clean. We expected more of a hotel experience (being able to hear your neighbors) but it was so quiet and comfortable!

Nice Apartment

We liked it having security measures…. But I will say the beds were kind of uncomfortable. In the pictures, it shows a coffee pot, where as it’s really just a drip coffee where you have to warm your coffee up in the kettle and pour over the beans. Towels were small… no dish detergent and only one kitchen towel. It just needed a couple things that you can live without, but it makes it inconvenient. Also, check in was fine… but I wish there was more communication when it came to checking out early. We didn’t know if you didn’t check out until after 8 there would be an issue. Overall, we may stay again. It was a short walk to the train which was nice and close to a grocery store. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life.
