It is not a modern space but this is what makes it very welcoming and cozy, you arrive at a quite place in an atmosphere of respect. The bed is comfortable enough to crave a nap. The room, although not very large, is well distributed and has space to accommodate your belongings. All employees are very attentive and friendly.

Really love The Maritime, usually my go to place when in NY. Location is fantastic, great pillows and shower too. Breakfast could be improved. Overall a great experience every time.

Pésimas habitaciones en el último piso.
Nos hospedaron en una habitación “estándar” era más pequeña que el resto, en el último piso (PH) junto al cuarto de máquinas, las tuberías hacían un ruido infernal, no pudimos descansar las primeras dos noches hasta que nos cambiaron de habitación. Por ser un cuarto reservado por medio de un intermediario nos mandaron a la peor habitación que tiene el hotel.

Loved our stay at the Maritime. An older hotel that was well appointed. Beautiful welcoming lobby. Quick check in. Lovely staff. Only problem was noise from the street late at night which was Not hotels fault!

Great value boutique hotel and ideally located with the subway stop at the end of the street. Right opposite is chelsea market which has plenty of eateries.

It’s a charming boutique hotel. I had very comfortable stay. Room was cozy, clean and surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. I liked the ambiance of the hotel-cozy and relaxed. There was free breakfast which was ok but can be improved. (Maybe fresh artisanal bread and espresso coffee could be nice?:) but they had my favorite honeycrisp apples which were very rare to see them at hotel continental breakfast! So still deserve 5stars! 😊

Gorgoeus hotel right by the Highline. Staff was so friendly and welcoming and v down to earth. Free continental breakfast and free pet stays were a boon to our stay.

Rooms small but clean and quiet. Chelsea Market across the street. Nice place to walk around. Doormen and desk staff were incredibly polite and professional! Would stay again when in NYC!

False advertising
The hotel is nice and location is great. Only issue Is rooms are small but advertised as being 275sqft which is the reason we booked. The room is not even close to that, more like 180 sqft which is about standard for New York. Won’t stay again because of that.

Quiet room. Well appointed. Very convenient to City Winery venue and A train from Penn Station. With the extreme cold weather location was key. Will be back to investigate mire if downtown area

Quintennial NYC Experiences
We arrived at the Hotel at 4:30am, it was cold and we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff at the door who helped with our bags. The hotel was very cozy and we have got a room straight away which were very helpful after 24 hours of travelling, the breakfast was good and the location is second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, which has left a memorable experience for us. Thank you.
