Buen hotel, muy buena zona, personal no agradable
El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Si bien los bares del hotel están de moda, eso hace que el personal al ingreso sea agresivo al ingreso: varias veces cuando regresaba, eran un poco hostiles hasta que les acreditara que era un huésped del hotel. Fuera de ello, todo muy bien.

Great location, stylish, safe accommodation. The staff were very pleasant esp Erika at the front desk who let us check in early and Clarice at the pool who was very friendly and kept the area nice and tidy and organized. Great location to explore Chelsea, Village, and enjoy the Hudson river park and HighLine. The lobby cafe has good food and drinks too! Thank you Gansevoort team

Impossible to get a simple black coffee without a 40min wait! No VIP treatment whatsoever. Room needs a lot more lights it’s always very dark. Housekeeper did a great job and the room was very clean.

There was a beeping sound that was coming out of our vent and woke us up at 3:30 am the property said oh sorry. They didn’t try to make it right. Also the television didn’t work properly and we got another oh sorry. Terrible customer service. I have stayed here multiple times and after this experience I don’t plan on returning.

Great staff!
Great location! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and amenities. Love the flat iron in the rooms along with the blow dryers! Seeing the same doormen at each visit is a plus - they are the jewel in the crown!

Loud, overpowering music in elevators, lobby has NO where to sit while meeting friends, blinds fell off window and maintenance was in our room for 5.5 hours, HEAT could NOT be regulated so room was 76 degrees!!! should i go on?
