Nicholas was great in communication and accommodating my family's need. The location is PERFECT!!! Having 3 bathrooms had major advantages...The air condition is top notch because NOLA heat is no joke!! I highly recommend this unit.Ohhhhh how could I forget the ELEVATOR opening inside our unit! I LOVED that feature, especially with transporting luggage!5 Stars!

Great Place in Arts District

The apartment was perfect for a group of four older friends traveling together. Full kitchen, spotless, comfortable beds and linens, easy access, convenient parking, helpful hosts!

Great spot and just the right space for a friends weekend get together. Really appreciated the third floor location and the elevator that took us up there. Clean, cozy and comfortable, plus walking distance to the French Quarter, the WWII museum, and central business district. Coffee shop next door, grocery store just down the street. Terrific location!

We had a great time here. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Short walk to French Quarter. No problem getting Uber/Lyft. Would stay again.

New Orleans long weekend

Had a great experience in NOLA. This property was walking distance from the French Quarter. Easy to get around. Very clean and modern accommodations. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting New Orleans. The unit was very unique and we loved the vibe of an older building made modern. The balcony was an added bonus, accessible through one of the large windows in one of the bedrooms. Only wish they had seating out there! The only downside to this unit is that outside noise is very loud in the two front bedrooms that have windows. The garbage trucks came by each morning around 5 am and were extremely loud, as were people walking around outside in the middle of the night. I would recommend a loud sound machine if staying in one of those rooms. Otherwise, the unit is great and we loved it!

TNF stay

Our group had a great time being in town for the TNF game. Close proximity to the dome and we mainly took Ubers too and from Bourbon street. Great food nearby and having 3 bathrooms for this many people was awesome! Super easy check in and was able to easily extend our stay by a night.

Great location, plenty of space

The apartment was clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and is in an excellent location near great restaurants and walkable to the French Quarter. It offered plenty of space to our group of 6 people (3 couples) and I would recommend staying here again. Nicholas was also very communicative and the check-in process was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome property

The apartment was very nice. perfect location, easy access, nice amenities, very secure and quiet area. Only issue was the presence of hair in the different bedrooms. Otherwise, it's just the perfect spot when visiting New Orleans

Girls Weekend

Great location. Easy access to French Quarter without being in the hubbub. Only one parking space available, so make other arrangements if meeting others. Space is just right for a girls weekend. Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Magical Mardi Gras

We had a blast at the property. Nicholas was extremely accommodating and very communicative. I’d highly recommend staying with them because this location is perfect for catching the parades on St. Charles, eating at some of the best restaurants in the warehouse district/CBD, and walking downtown. I’m already looking into booking another stay with them for next year.

Conference stay

Four of us were looking for the best deal for a conference in New Orleans. This condo was perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was no fighting for bathroom time. It was a comfortable space close to restaurants and an easy Uber ride anywhere we needed to be. Our host was helpful and readily available

Family vacation

This property offered 4BR and 3 full bathrooms which was great personal space for the family and a friend. There was a nice market and restaurants within two blocks that was very convenient. Easy short Uber rides to the Quarter and other attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
