Great space in a great location

This was the perfect place for 3 best friends to enjoy time together in NOLA. Each of us had a huge bedroom with a big king bed and our own full bath (3 couples could easily stay here very comfortably). Newly renovated, so everything was nice and worked properly. The open kitchen and living room area was perfect for hanging out together, and there was another full bath for that area. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio for some relaxing outdoor time. The location was fantastic - lovely NOLA-style houses and big trees of the Garden District with easy walking distance to great restaurants like Le Petit Grocery and various grocery options. The house is on a quiet street parallel to bustling Magazine Street, which has everything you could need, so you can live in peace but get to the action by walking up a block or taking a quick ride/drive to neighboring districts. We also loved that our spacious whole lower floor was part of a beautiful historic house that once belonged to three singing sisters. We felt really safe within the gated area and as part of a house that is so well cared for. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and ready to provide tips on where to go or anything else needed. This was just a delightful stay for us. Highly recommended!

Great location

Great, quiet location in uptown. The apartment is wonderful and nicely updated. I think the main bedroom mattress might have been one of the best I have slept on in a vrbo. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great property

The property was beautiful, and perfectly placed for Mardi Gras - close but not too close. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was available to help when we had questions, but was not all up in our business. We had a great time, and would love to stay here again!

New Orleans stay

My family and I had a great stay. The location is fantastic, very walkable to Magazine and all the retail and restaurants in the area. The property is very secure and the owner is very communicative. It was well equipped and nice to have 4 bathrooms. Would recommend for families and groups.

Christmas and New Year’s 2024

Property nice, a little worn but nice. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen usable but no stove ventilation. Location is excellent! Just a block off of Magazine. Would stay again.

New Orleans Like a Native

Enjoy uptown New Orleans. Walk to one of numerous restaurants or shops on nearby Magazine Street. Easy to drive or take bus down to the French Quarter. Jason was a great host. Available, but not intrusive. And finally, great central air. Would book again next time we go to New Orleans.

Wedding trip

Had a great stay in the big easy. Property located a block from Magazine street with easy access to St Charles and Napoleon avenue. The unit is in the ground floor of a beautiful, historic home. There is street parking outside the gate and no steps are required to enter. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Perfect location for a wedding at Audubon.

Couples Getaway

The property and location was perfect for our group of three couples. The apartment had three en-suites and an additional 3/4 bathroom. Its location allowed easy access to several popular local restaurants and historical sites. Close enough to downtown for easy access to the French Quarter without the congestion of actually being downtown.

Just what we needed!

We brought our 95 year old mom to New Orleans for a fun girls trip. The apartment was big and comfortable, plenty of room for us. The location was great, a nice neighborhood and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jason was a great host! He was friendly and helpful, and gave great recommendations. (Company Burger was delicious!!) if I ever went back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. Love street a block off Magazine Street and a few blocks to the St Charles Trolley. Wonderful restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Jason was so responsive and a great host. Loved everything about our stay there.

Great NOLA stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic property, located in a charming historic neighborhood. My wife, son and father-in-law all expressed how much they enjoyed making this our home while in NOLA. Magazine Street was quite close, with shops and very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The unit was well furnished, spotless and charming. Everyone appreciated the well appointed en suite bathrooms. We spent much of our time at the World War II museum and found the unit to be a perfect comfortable resting spot after a day's tour. Having the host, Jason and family, living above was appreciated, as we received welcome tips and advice on how to make our visit more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to New Orleans.
