"Very nice all-inclusive property. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and very professional. I loved the pool area and the fact that every guest gets a dedicated lounge chair and umbrella. A couple of downsides: The included alcohol is very low-end. Only draft Dos Equis XX is offered at the restaurants and pool bars, and the spirits selection is very limited. Several restaurants were unable to make a good-tasting margarita. Room service was inconsistent. The first night was good, but the second night we requested manzanilla tea around 11 PM before bed. They sent a few tea bags and told us to use the hot water machine in the room. I had to call again just to get honey. On Sunday night, they closed two restaurants due to low occupancy, which was disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the property overall. The food and amenities are okay. Next time we will likely stay at an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, as we’ve found better food and liquor quality there for a lower price."
