Took forever for anyone to come to the front desk to get checked in. Stayed two days and there was no breakfast provided even though it was advertised. The stay wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t all that great either

The rooms were dirty, tub was gross, and there were bugs on the counter and in the bathroom. We asked for extra blankets for both beds, but only 1 extra was available. Beds were also very hard/not comfortable at all. We ended up not staying the second night because of a family emergency, but they said they could not refund the 2nd night because we had booked thru Expedia. Could you please let me know if a refund for the 2nd night is possible? Also, one other thing, all of the emails from Expedia to me have been addressed to Stacy, and all the text messages were addressed to Shitley (not kidding). My name is Shirley Parker.

The floors were dirty in the bathroom and bathroom, no continental breakfast ( we were told they didn’t have enough staff to serve breakfast) and the lock on the door to our room didn’t lock. There was no need for a key to get I the building and didn’t need a key to get into the room 😏

Quiet hotel just needs some improvements.
Remodeling. Needs more attention from housekeeping and maintenance. Rm 107 needed dusted. Dust on lamp shade, bathroon not swept. Sink needed stopper, bathtub needed new shower head. Supposed to be non smoking and the first 6 rooms you have to pass are smoking. Need different entrance for non smokers so they dont have to breath the smoke in the hall. need listing for tv. The one on the tv you could not see the.channel numbers on. Bed very comfortable, quiet hotel has non slip bathtub (wonderful).

Dirty bathroom and smoke filled smell
Room wasn’t clean. Hair on the bathroom sink/counter and floor. Floors were not vacuumed since there was dirt and trash pieces on the floor. And while the confirmation email said it was a smoke free facility, it absolutely is not. By morning I was getting sick, and after recently having pneumonia this was the last smell I needed to be around. I was stuck there since I broke down while traveling and my vehicle was in the shop. No breakfast. Hard to understand staff since they struggle with English. Poor rating all the way around.

The furniture was very unique other than that the front desk Sucked...Never really smiled or offered assistance when I requested a first floor room. This hotel had NO ELEVATOR and I HAD TO CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIR WITH TWO BAD KNEES TO GET TO .Y ROOM... NOT ONLY DID THE TOILET NOT FLUSH BUT i had to fill the ta k up in order for the toilet to flush!!!

We stayed three nights and nobody cleaned our room we had to go the the front desk and get trash bags and gather our trash. We also had to go to front desk and get clean towels. There was also no breakfast as advertised. They said they didn’t have enough help

I can’t fully get across the experience, but I entered a deserted and blazingly hot lobby filled with mattresses from some never explained or visible renovation, check-in was a frustrating exercise with a woman in her pajamas (at 4:30 PM or so) who asked me to explain what kind of room I had reserved and whether I had already paid for it, which I had, but she kept asking the question several times before eventually just sort of shrugging and seemingly assigning me a room on the fly. Flickering lighting and a deeply unpleasant ambiance was pervasive. Room was fine, save that the door had clearly been busted in before as the door guard was broken off and it’s broken base had been left on the door, and the window screens had been partially peeled away, possibly from the inside, which if taken together could tell a story. Other events suggested a rough environment for guests, but I don’t put that on the hotel. Not an experience I’d be likely to repeat voluntarily.

Only as a last resort!
This was are only choice as for some reason the hotels we checked were full. The comforter was dirty so we just took it off the bed. They advertised breakfast but only had coffee which was the worst thing I have ever had and couldn’t drink.

Property was not as advertised. There was no restaurant. There was no room service. TV was very small. Refrigerator microwave just sitting on the floor in a corner. Sheets and towels very thin and worn. pool was not open. There was no breakfast. It will do if you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep at night. But don’t expect anything else.

Not a Good Stay
No breakfast due to “shortage of workers”, no drinking glasses in room, clean but too strong smell in hallway, no elevator, stairwell was filthy, window screens with holes on front side of hotel. I didn’t feel safe because of the condition of the hotel. Perhaps you should remove this from your list of available hotels.

Would not stay again
Exterior recently renovated. Looks nice. Our room looked like it was recently painted. But shower curtain and shower head were extremely dirty. Stains on carpet in room. Room had a strange odor. Looks like they need to continue with renovations. No breakfast. No one at front desk at check out. New hotel almost completed next door. Might put this one out of business.

The room was smelly, dirty. The bedding was stained. The towels were old. One small bar of soap. The bar lock was broken. The back door was broken…you did not have to use your card to come into the building. The screen to our room had been cut. The carpet in the room had chunks out of it.

Property was cluttered, under construction. The room was dirty. Bedspread was stained. Sheets and blanket were too short for the bed. Drywall missing above shower. Though it said breakfast available, a sign was on the door saying due to staff shortage no breakfast would be available. No coffee maker in the room.

When asking for extra linens, the front desk guy made me follow him upstairs into an empty room to pull linens off another bed. No accommodations, no breakfast, no pool. The best part was how I bothered we were but seemed like anything we asked for was not available such as linens, trash bags, etc.

Avoid this place!!
Only hotel with pool in the area and breakfast included!! Main reason we selected it. We Go to check in and the first thing we see is a sign saying no breakfasts and no pool!! No where on website did it indicate these services were no longer. Right out of gate total disappointments!! Seemed like Bait and Switch!! Room not clean, bathroom needed work, carpet dirty , I would not even take my shoes off!! Appliances all marked up with permanent marker. Never came to freshen room. No new clean towels, one cup in room, No added shampoos ,etc for day two. Sheets had stains. They may have been washed, but permanent stains. Gross!! I didn't even want to sleep in the bed. Horrible. Do not go here!! They are not investing in keeping this place in any acceptable condition. Avoid!!

Made reservations on the internet locked in the hotel soon as I got there it was a different cost, went to the room roaches were laying everywhere the bathroom was full of roaches and and just plum nasty, I reserved a no smoking room and the lady told me when I checked in yes you are getting a smoke free room, well soon as I opened the door it hit me and if it was a smoke free room why is there a ashtray sitting on the table by the TV guys I’m just saying I read the reviews before renting this room and I thought okay this is all I need but damn I am not really picky but when you are traveling and it’s late and you get to your hotel all you want to do is relax and enjoy your afternoon please all I am saying is this hotel is not the place you want to be after a long day on the road regardless of what you see on line about this property BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HERE we left and went right around the corner and it was heaven thanks for your time

Not unless you HAVE no other choice.
Horrible hotel. It was the only one we could find near the town we were visiting for a last minute trip. Wet wash cloth on counter when we checked in room. Sheets, pillows and towels were dingy and yellow. Shower curtain dirty. Frig freezer frozen over and leaking because it wouldn’t shut. Something sticky on remote. Roaches in bathroom in middle of night.

The rooms were simple but clean. The breakfast was not available due to staffing. Actually the staffing is I believe a family that lives on site and you never see anyone up front at all. Construction made it a little difficult to get to and there is no food except McDonalds within walking distance.

I've been staying at this hotel for the last several years ... it's at a convenient location when I'm in town visiting my family. Nothing has been done to this property since my first visit, so obviously it's in severe need of a remodel, a deep clean, new carpet, new furniture, paint, etc. The carpet was stained in my room, the towels were yellowed from too much bleach and too many washings, the bedspread was also stained, the walls were filthy, the bathroom didn't feel clean (I cleaned it before I used it!), the refrigerator made a terrible clicking noise, etc. The have a pool, but it was never opened this year and its disgusting. I'm sorry to say, unless there just any other option (which there's a nice option now), I won't be back. The price seemed good at the time, but now I definitely feel that I overpayed by a LOT.

Stay somewhere else
I will never stay here again. The floors were sticky, there was still a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, the shower curtain looked filthy, the door wouldn’t latch unless you pushed it really hard and the inside safety flip lock was broken (only attached to the wall on the top of it). They did not have the continental breakfast advertised (only coffee) and the pool in their listing had not even been opened or cleaned for the summer (it’s the end of July).

I liked that you could do a load of laundry for $3.00. no breakfast so that was inconvenient, no coffee in the room was also very inconvenient. The owners were very friendly and attentive.

I booked this room for an Otr truck driver because his ac went out in the truck and it was rather hot , driver checked but didn’t stay because he didn’t want share the room with Cockroaches and the filth
