"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app).
The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard.
All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Wir waren für ein Wochenende Ende Oktober 2025 in der kleinen Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines neuen Hauses in Rudow. Die Wohnung bietet für 3-4 Erwachsene alles was man braucht. Sie ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Also innen alles prima.Der Außenbereich ist leider noch eine Baustelle und die Eingangstür noch ohne Griff und zeitweise schwer zu öffnen.Irritiert hat uns auch die Nachricht am Vortag der Anreise, mit der der Check-in von 15:00 Uhr auf 16:00 Uhr geändert wurde. "Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. Would definitely come back! 3"
