Amazing Family Vacation

Our family had the most amazing week at Aqua Beach Village. The villa itself was amazing- perfectly suited for our family, which included adults, grandparents, and kids. The location on Seven Mile Beach was close to activities, but still felt private and personal. The beach and water were beautiful. What really made the vacation special was the Aqua Bech Village staff. Every single member went above and beyond and became like family while we were there. The food and drinks were AMAZING. We are already dreaming of coming back.

BEST 40th CELEBRATION EVER!

BOOK IT!!! My husband and I spent weeks looking on VRBO for the perfect spot to celebrate our 40th birthdays with friends! We kept coming back to this place and let me tell you it did NOT disappoint! It’s even better in person. When we arrived at the house the staff was waiting for us with an adult beverage! The place was stunning! The staff was PHENOMENAL!! Shari made some of the best food we’ve ever had especially her fried chicken! Dean and Ziggy were a highlight to our trip! We felt very safe with them around and you could tell they took pride in their work! Kadiya was so much fun and made us feel like family! Honestly the entire staff was amazing! We took a trip to the xtabi cave bar and LOVED it! The only warning I can give is the Roots bar at night can be very loud until early morning hours. This was mentioned in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise, so just be aware. But sound machines and ear plugs helped! We would totally book again and plan to bring the kiddos next time! Trust the pictures and reviews on this one, it’s great.

Your Own Private Resort

Aqua Beach Villa is a magical place. It's hard to find the words to describe the experience we had. From arrival to departure, everything was above and beyond our expectations. We were a group of friends celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. The hosts were available and helped me to plan everything with the staff. The staff is top notch. Chef Shari, Kaydia, Dean, Devon, Narda, Joan and the others made us feel most welcome. The villa is nicely kept with we'll-appointed rooms. The pool is massive with plenty of space, chairs, and a pavilion for shade. The private beach area access on 7 Mile was great. Easy to go from beach to pool. We had incredible meals; the beach bonfire was a vibe. Everyone in our group is now incredibly spoiled by this experience. Highly recommend Aqua Beach Villa. I know we'll be back!

EXCELLENT all around!

We stayed here with 4 other couples. Our expectations were met the moment we stepped off the shuttle onto the property. The staff were there to greet us with cool wash clothes which were most welcomed to refresh after our travels. We immediately gravitated to the beach for the amazing sunset, did a rum punch toast and kicked off paradise! What made this stay extra special was the staff. We would specifically like to mention Dean and Melbourne. Both of these gentlemen gave 120% each and every day--from cutting fresh aloe for the girls' bug bites, giving tours of the property, making designs in the sand to welcome us in the mornings, escorting us when we ventured off property, informing us which vendors sold authentic Jamaican souvenirs...the list goes on and on. These two did it all to make our vacation above and beyond! Shari and Kadesha's food was phenomenal; we ate almost every meal at the property! Joan and Anesha were wonderful in keeping the house clean and entertaining with their towel creations left on our beds every morning. And, how can I forget Ziggy? Having left all our dogs at home--it was so nice to have a tail-waggin' friend on property for comfort and safety, too! Aqua Beach Villa--you surely did not disappoint!

Aqua Beach Villa and Staff Paradise

This property surpassed all expectations. The villa, pool and beach are exquisite. Sheri Ann and the cooking staff are fabulous. We ate 3 meals a day at the property and never wanted to venture out to a restaurant. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately my husband experienced a medical emergency and we had to leave a day early. One of the staff members, Melbourne, accompanied us all the way to Montego Bay to ensure we made a 9AM appointment with an ophthalmologist (who we never would have found without him) and he ensured we reached the airport in time for our flight back home. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty! That is the quality of the staff. Unbeatable! We would love to visit again. The only drawback is loud music from the club next door that plays until 12:30AM. So if you are early to bed, you need to be aware.

Paradise!

What an absolutely beautiful home and staff! We just spent a week with a large group of friends. We go every year to some place new, and Aqua Beach Villa did not disappoint. Shari and the staff were so lovely and prepared many amazing meals for us throughout the week. There’s a reggae bar just a couple doors down, and lots of smaller resorts and bars right near by. We felt very safe having 24/7 security. There’s quite a bit of soliciting there, so it was nice having them around to help discourage that. It is a private home on a public beach, so you do have a lot of foot traffic on the beach throughout the day and night. Didn’t really bother us a bit. We used the paddle boards and floats every day, had fresh coffee made early every morning, and saw so much sea life right in our backyard. Overall an outstanding trip! My only complaint, we needed A LOT of cash. We weren’t anticipating having to pay for all the food and meals with cash. There was 11 of us, so we needed a lot of food and planned most of our meals for the week once we got there. We of course brought cash for other things and a tip at the end, but were not anticipating that. Most people don’t travel with that much cash any more. Our group had to make SEVERAL trips to the atms which only sometimes gave you money, and you never new how much it would give you. This stressed us out a bit. We could’ve been a lot more prepared had we known. All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend this property, just take some more cash!

Oasis in the middle of Negril on 7 mile Beach

Gorgeous, well appointed estate/villa in an ideal location for those looking to enjoy 7-mile beach and all that comes with it. The staff were amazing, especially Shari the House Chef, Melbourne and Tevan the rotating bartenders and Dean the lead security officer. All four were professional, accommodating and helpful. If live Reggae music is your taste, then you'll really enjoy the location. Our group was 11 adults, including a senior, and it was perfect for a relaxing 7 days.

Perfect for Extended Family of 12

We had a wonderful vacation. 8 adults and 4 kids. The layout out enabled us to maximize our time together. People could be on the beach, at the bar, or in the pool and all basically be together. We also had some folks working some of the week so they could easily pop in and out of the fun! Mostly the internet was good. The beach is one of the best any of us had been to. Clear calm water and soft sand. We felt safe and very well taken care of by the wonderful staff. We all agree, the food prepared by the chefs was better than the restaurants. We loved trying local cuisine. Highlights for us included a catamaran trip, painting with a local artist, the best massages, and dinner/bonfire on the beach. Things to note, the music is loud on some nights, there is construction next door, and the traffic from the airport was backed up (all things out of the villas control). We enjoyed checking out the live music though! Overall a truly wonderful vacation. The entire Aqua Villa team really managed everything so well and made sure our vacation was a success! Highly recommend!!

Paradise to celebrate 50th

This property is wonderful for a group to relax, lounge, and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, sun and beautiful ocean view. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. We had some flight delays for a few of us. Marcel and company were very accommodating and made sure we had help through customs as well as transportation. The food was phenomenal. Shari and Khadijah are great cooks and made changes for our vegan and pescatarian eaters. Dean made us feel very safe and is the man who you go to for anything including the weather and ocean conditions for paddle boarding as such. The rooms were clean and nice. Delbourne was great at bartending, making the best pina colada’s and getting us restocked with liquor. We will definitely come back for another week! We loved our decorated bed everyday! I can not say it enough that the staff was wonderful and even decorated the Villa for my 50th. Thank you!

We stayed for our Thanksgiving, and I can not say enough great things about the staff! We felt like it was a home away from home, and could not have asked for a better experience! I will say the only negative we had was how loud the music was at the bars at night, but I was aware of this when I booked so for the early to bed people we brought ear plugs. We will absolutely be back!!! Absolutely an amazing vacation!!!!

Amazing week!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The transport/meal planning/excursion planning went seamlessly. We stayed as a group of 3 families with young children and the set up was perfect. Both the adults and the kids had a fantastic time. The staff are not only good at what they do, but some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. The only thing worth noting is that you can hear music/base from nearby bars until about 1am. However, even as a parent of 3 kids under the age of 7, this would not deter me from booking again. The kids were so tired they didn’t even notice!

Perfect location, Amazing Staff

The villa was amazing. From the entrance, grounds, villa itself to pool, bar, beach and everything else...just great. Communication with Marcel and Colin was very good before the trip and we were ready for everything to go smoothly when we arrived. We had a great transfer from the airport and nice welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff took such good care of us. The chef Shari, bartenders Tevin and Melbourne, Joan, Devin and everyone else were truly awesome and it is very evident how much they care about the property and your experience there. You have an amazing staff!!! Even Ziggy was cool to be around. So many amazing touches - like our last night's dinner on the beach with a bonfire. So great. We loved and can't recommend Aqua Beach Villa enough and hope to be back. Thanks for making our vacation special!

Amazing Birthday Trip

Best villa in Negril, and probably the island. This space is huge! Our group of 16 Adults had more than enough room at this amazing villa. The best part is the bar is in between the Pool and the Beach so you always have a refreshing drink on ice. Sharri and the other chef were amazing and we were spoiled with our variety of meals including fresh seafood. Dean on security was awesome, he was always there for us and made us feel very comfortable. Melbourne walked us to the market and made us fresh drinks along with Tevin. We cranked the Sonos Speakers and danced all day. (WiFi intermittent but you're in Jamaica so no problem mon!). I will miss being in the warm ocean with a cold Red Stripe with my friends. Oh and if you need a drink Tevin or Melbourne will do pool side drink service :) Treat yourself in Negril and stay at Aqua Villa it will be the trip of a lifetime!!

Beautiful Home! Great staff!

Our stay at Aqua Villa was fantastic. The home is spacious and the location could not be any better. This is the nicest home on 7 mile beach (we walked up and down the beach every morning). The only thing better than the house and location is the staff. We have stayed in many vacation homes with staff around the world and generally the service is very nice. The difference with Aqua villa is that not only is the service nice, it seems very genuine. Shari is an amazing cook. Tevin keeps the drinks full in the bar and Dean takes care of the grounds and security. We loved our stay and will be back!

Paradise Found

From the minute we arrived until the very last hug as we left, Aqua Beach Villa won our hearts. The house itself was wonderful to explore. Beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms freshened up each day while we were out, open windows and doors to let the ocean breeze in, and a massive living room big enough for everyone. The exterior was perfectly landscaped, with a crystal-clear pool, tiki bar and countless sunny (or shaded!) lounge chairs cleaned off and repositioned daily for us to relax, read, or nap. We took advantage of almost every outdoor activity provided…paddle boards, ladder ball, volleyball, cornhole. And the food….my goodness, the amazing food!! But even better than the accommodations, was the staff! We cannot say enough about each and every one of them! Welcoming, attentive, professional, cheerful. We miss each of their smiling faces. They made an amazing vacation that much better! One suggestion we do have is to label the tv and stereo equipment in the tiki bar to help staff and guests identify what does what. We spent a lot of time struggling with the tv and sound system. Thank you for an amazing week!

Wonderful Thanksgiving trip with our family!

We just returned from Aqua Beach Villa and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay, and provided excellent meals and bar service. Shari and Tevin, as well as everyone on the property, was kind and made us feel welcome. Would definitely book again!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not put in to words of this experience!!! Not only was this an incredible property, but the STAFFFFF!!! OMG! It was the staff that made this stay memorable! This was an experience that will be etched in my memory for a life time!! A little piece of all of them is stuck with me FOREVER! Ms. Shari with her incredible cuisine with the personality to match! Tevin!! The most incredible handsome host! He was so generous, charming, full of Charisma!! Exceeded all of our needs!!! Dean and Al! Who made us feel so safe! Edwin, as well! And all of the amazing house keepers! I can only hope and pray they are all treated with the UTMOST RESPECT and compensated properly! As they truly and sincerely deserve!! It is them who provided the experience!! It is because of THEM!!!!!!!!! I have not one complaint!! I will most certainly book this property again. Not because it was beautiful, but because of Ms. Shari, Tevin, Dean, Al and the incredible house keepers. Their energy spoke to my spirit directly!!!!! ONE LOVE!!! RESPECT!!!!!!!!
