Very nice

Good area for a more laid back beach experience. Pleasant accommodations, comfy beds, relatively clean, could use a deep cleaning and touch up on paint, some dishes needed rewashing from cabinet. Overall very nice and would stay again.

Disappointed with undisclosed construction!

We were very disappointed that the construction directly outside this condo was not disclosed. We love sitting on the deck to enjoy the view and peacefulness of Navarre but could not sit out there at all due to noise from big machines. We also were unable to sleep in past 6 AM due to the construction noise. The machines made the beds and dishes shake every morning and all afternoon!! I understand construction is inevitable but it is not professional or honest to not share this with the renter. I should’ve been able to make a decision on a rental with all information! The condo itself was clean, beds were ok, we had a problem with the door code not working but Vacasa took care of it quickly.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was just a pictured. You are two seconds from the gulf and steps to the sound. The location was awesome! Our kids also enjoyed the inground pool. Such a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

A Great Time In A Lovely Place

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Sunset Harbor Villas worked very well for the five of us during our two week stay. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Overall the apartment was as described. Main issue we had was we called several times regarding a door knob that was malfunctioning to the master bathroom. Our granddaughter was trapped inside more than once and we had to wait for my son to come and help open it. Happened several times and I was also trapped in without my phone and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to get back. After calling and reporting a safety issue we still never received a call back, text…nothing. Also couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV so we also called about that but the door knob was a safety issues and ended up putting a wash cloth on the top corner so it couldn’t be closed. We actually shut it on the way out so hopefully the cleaning crew will report it and someone will fix it so they don’t have the same experience.

The unit I had faced the west and was perfect for Sunsets!! Navarre is beautiful, safe, and clean. We would text a number then arrive at the beach with an umbrella and chairs set up for us (a bonus feature that was a pleasant surprise)! The unit was furnished with the minimum that made it quick and easy to prepare a few small meals at home. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, furnished and decorated very nicely and had a beachy feel. We rented a pontoon for 4.5 hours for $300, I would highly recommend that!! We were able to cruise the ocean and find several different private beaches that were phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on returning… only possibly not leaving next time. Lol. Would definitely recommend this condo and Navarre Beach to everyone!

Cute condo with great view

This was a girls trip! Great location and view of sunset. Beach on the bay within walking distance. Beach on the ocean a short drive. Great town only 5 restaurants with others on the mainland. Fully stocked kitchen. Bring paper products (extra), Great kitchen for cooking a meal in. Two pools onsite but we did not use. Overall a wonderful experience.

Clean, Comfortable, Great location

Overall it was a nice place to stay. I felt the amenities were lacking. We have stayed in many places on the beach that have coolers, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc provided. This has none of that. You get 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper so definitely go shopping. We did have issues with the toilet running nonstop. We called maintenance but it was never fixed. Huge waste of water and it was annoying to listen to all night. The condo is located right above the pool so you can hear people swimming but they observed quiet hours. The condo desperately needs curtains. It was so bright day and night from the sun and the outdoor lights. The decor was simple. Could have been improved because there are so many options for beach decor. Practical additions like over the door hooks would be helpful too. We had ants in the kitchen when we arrived. Not sure if they ever did come spray. We just kept all food in the fridge to be safe. The layout is nice. The master bedroom is away from the other 2 bedrooms. I would stay here again.

Lovely rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It overlooks the intercoastal and is 2-3 city blocks from a public access to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had been updated recently. We had one small issue upon arrival which was quickly addressed by Vacasa. Would definitely stay again!

Navarre beach vacation.

The weather was terrible, nothing in the area for children. The window was stuck open in the master bedroom and we had to call someone to come and fix. They came right away. There was no heat in the master bedroom and it was very cold. The windows should be upgraded as they are like storm windows. We ended up leaving early and going to a marriott for the last 2 days. We would not return or vacation in that area again.

The view was amazing! The rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and anything you would need to cook your meals. The only downfall was there was no mention it was the 3rd floor with no elevator. Perfect spot and would stay again.

Overall the condo had sufficient room and basic essentials such as towels and dishes. Bedsheets were clean. House keeping must had been in a rush; carpet was not vacuumed, ton of dust on all surfaces including ceiling fan, fruit loops in sliding glass door, just overall looked like a rushed job. Items were left behind from previous guests. The top of the agitator in the washer was broken, toilet in master bath was not working properly and no hot water in master shower (these were reported to be fixed after we checked out). Nice place to stay, just mostly house keeping and maintenance issues.

Peaceful and nice view.

Nice remodeled condo. Needs updated outdoor seating furniture. Also, on the 3rd floor and wasn't noted. No elevator. Everything else was great. Nice bed, nice furniture inside. Towels for beach were nice, and washer and dryer were a plus. Love Navarre Beach.
