The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location in close proximity to Opry Mill and the grand old Opry. it was in a very safe location. I really wanted to give it five stars but for a few reasons, I did not feel I could call it exceptional, although it was very good. Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars: The resort was old and needs some upgrades, but was well maintained for what they have. We booked two rooms, and my parents did say that they had trouble sleeping at night because the plumbing above them was very loud. I did not realize that this was a timeshare so they do try to sell you hard at the beginning, but we have waited the amenities and the lobby area so that we wouldn’t have to hear the sales pitch again.

Checking in was smooth but then to get wristbands need to talk with concierge and the try to sell you extra deals, watch a video etc. this was unexpected but guess the property need to promote and make money of coarse. I had to be firm and walk away. Don’t travel much here so was all kinda new to me and using vrbo for the first time.

My only complaint was the time spent at registration telling them that we did not want to go to a timeshare presentation. Considering i booked thru VRBO I was unpleasantly surprised.
