AvantStay was super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the property for our big group. Kitchen was well stocked and the living area was spacious. We also loved that each room had a bathroom (2 en-suite and 1 separate) plus a half bath allowing for couples to have a private space to get ready. The only thing I’d really suggest would be to clean out the dryer vents more frequently so that it dries clothes more efficiently.

Good time

The two townhouses were clean and spacious . The beds were comfy . Plenty of towels and TP provided . Appreciated the complementary coffee , dish soap , hand soap and baby equipment! Only drawbacks were not enough clothes hangers and no dressers in the otherwise spacious bedrooms . Would stay here again - East Nashville was a cool spot to roam from . Thank you

Friends week In Nashville

Our group of 12 (ages 50-60 something) enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to many points of interest. Home was as described—was clean and the beds were comfy. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Only complaint (if you want to call it that), the house has a lot of steps between floors. We used a Transportation service to get around town—they were great!! (Nash Vegas Transportation (615) 243-2489–Highly recommend). This home was great for our larger party!

Perfect getaway

The communication, check-in and accommodation were excellent we had a large group of family & friends celebrating our twin boys 21st birthday. It was perfect and Avant Stay is wonderful to work with!

Family Thanksgiving and 21st birthday celebration

We stayed for a multigenerational Thanksgiving celebration, while also celebrating a late 21st Birthday. This was a great location as far as convenience to downtown, yet out of the hustle and bustle. The space is great! Lots of stairs but lots of beds and bathrooms. Also more stairs when walking between the two units we rented. If you struggle with stairs, this is challenging. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils for most needs. The real star in this place is the amazing customer service. The team has gone above and beyond with our requests and their responsiveness to questions throughout our stay and even during our booking. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time. Thank you for a fun trip!

Great stay

We were 6 couples traveling to Nashville for a long weekend. This was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe - a few of us walked/ran in the morning - and was a short uber ride to Broadway. Condo was just as described and had plenty of space for everyone. We really appreciated that each bedroom had it's own bathroom! Kitchen had enough cookware to make meals but the sizes of skillets/pots was a little limited. You could hear the highway noise but sound machines and earplugs were provided and it wasn't unbearable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Boys weekend trip in Nashville. Accommodations were great, smooth check in/out process, short Uber to downtown, quiet neighborhood. Would stay again when visiting the area.

Great property for large gathering***not great for those with mobility issues

The two townhouses overall were fine. The washer in one of ours didn’t spin out and we had to contact the management company. They did fix it quickly. The entire property each consists of three floors. In addition the walkway to get to these properties are VERY poorly lot, uneven, and consist of unmarked stepped sidewalks. Needless to say, we did have one in our party fall. I did message them and was told that they would relay the info to the owners. I’m not being semantic, but it is a very unsafe situation especially at night being unfamiliar with the home.cleanliness was a bit of an issue in one of the units and the couch/ throw pillows were not pleasant or clean. Otherwise, the units were suitable for our needs.

Everything you need, close enough to Broadway via taxi

We enjoyed staying in these two units. We arrived and found them exactly as described (and very clean). There were enough toiletries and wash cloths / towels for everyone and plenty of seats. You will find all the dishes, utensils and basic cookware you're likely to need. The check-in process is very simple. When we arrived, there was a curtain down in one of the units. This was handled relatively quickly (same day) by the maintenance person. The host was gracious enough to provide laundry detergent and cleaning supplies (just in case), as well as ample trash bags, etc. Be aware that the stove is electric. This is not a complaint; I prefer gas, so it take a little getting used to. We would stay here again.

Trade Show Nashville

We attended the trade show with colleagues and this option was way better than hotels. Was nicer to have extra space and a kitchen and all. Not too far from downtown and an easily accessible place. Would stay here again if we have to visit Nashville again.

Great place for a group

This was a great place for our group of 6 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was wonderful! There are two condos that are next to each other, they are not connected and you do have to go outside to get to the other condo. Between the two condos we had what we needed. The neighborhood is a bit intimidating, but we always felt safe. Cleaning could be improved but we dealt with it fine. Great place for a big group!

Great Place for a Group

We had a great time celebrating a 40th birthday with 5 different couples. Everybody said the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of space. It was nice and clean. The units are clearly new. It's right next to the highway and you could hear it, so I suppose a light sleeper might have issues in the front rooms. But we didn't. They also provided ear plugs and a sound machine (we were a bit worried when we first saw them), but we really didn't notice any noise. Nothing is walkable so be prepared to drive/uber.

Christmas get together

The two units were perfect for our multi-generational family. Each room had its own bathroom (yay!). There is a playground close by. It is near to several downtown areas and to Gaylord Opryland and the Zoo. AvantStay went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful

21st & 50th Birthday

The two townhouses worked out perfectly. We were able to put the “kids” on one side and the rest on the other side. The location was easy to access by Uber or by our rental car. We did have a bigger vehicle to accommodate us, so we did have to park alongside the building and not in the garage. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

Convenient location

There was 9 of us in our group with two townhouses (6&7). Lots of room and everything we needed in the houses.. Houses were clean the walls need a bit of a touchup and lots of stairs. The beds in the double rooms need some repair as they're bent and squeaky. It is loud but that was already stated. The outside walkway is very uneven so be careful, we did have a wipe out. Uber was very easy to get and moderately priced. Took us 10 minutes to get downtown to Broadway in about 15 to the Opry. Kroger grocery store 4 minutes away.

Ok place.

The place was modern and had good parking. It wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there. One of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned and the floors were all dirty. Definitely saw remnants of the people who stayed there before us. More towels would have been great. The location was convenient but highway noise is loud and the neighborhood was a little rundown but not unsafe. Overall it worked for our large group.

Bachelorette party

A few complaints about this property: -Not clearly advertised that “sleeps 20” is two units that are not connected. -We stayed during heat advisory in August, which we learned the air conditioning is not great. Top floor was hard to get cool and it was very muggy up stairs. Even at night time. -both nights we stayed at this property, a random person tried to enter our unit. Both times cameras revealed the people were “disoriented.” But not fun to hear someone try to unlock the door at 1:30 in the morning…two nights in a row. Overall, it was fine. But I would not stay here again.
