    This home offers 2,000 sq ft of well-designed living space with 4 bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, giving everyone room to relax in comfort. Enjoy hotel-quality linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs throughout.



    The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home. Guests also have access to a secure 2-car garage. Step outside to the rooftop patio to take in sweeping city views or unwind around the gas fire pit under the stars.     • Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

    • Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

    • Trash: As you depart, we ask that you please remove the trash and place it in the cans by the garage or in the dumpster.

    • Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

    • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

    • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    • Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio, as long as guests clean up afterward.

    • We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

    • All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

    • We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

    • However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

    • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

    • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

    • Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Insufficient water

We had to take ice cold showers EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Our manager never got back with us on this! We are demanding some of our money back!!
