The pool was great but the hot tub wasn’t hot, though we asked for it heated. The house is perfect for large families with children who aren’t a fussy as I am. I had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived. Sigh. There was no coffee carafe with the Mr. Coffee. There were no sharp knives. When I called they delivered them both right away. Our air conditioner when out the last 48 hrs but there are ceiling fans, so we lived. The house is in a great location and the beds are nice and comfortable. There is a great place to sit outside, though I don’t like stained pillows, which were everywhere. Oh and the management company needs to either paint the front door or clean it!

Overall the stay was great the back slider is broken and doesn’t have a safety lock just a 2x4 that kids can easily pick up! The location was amazing and the house had everything we needed! We already booked for next year!

This was a beautiful and comfortable home for my family of five. The kitchen had appropriate items for us to prepare meals. We explored a different beach each day so we drove to beach access. The paid parking was cheap and the walk from the garage to the beach at Vanderbilt beach was short. If you have young children and lots of items a wagon is a must. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We did opt for pool heating for our January vacation. This was well worth the price. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed ourselves. I did need to reach out to customer service for assistance with the door lock and my concern was addressed immediately.

This house is very cute and updated; worked well for our two families holiday break stay. It was a fabulous location in north Naples, close to many shops and restaurants as well as two beaches. The rooms were comfy and clean, the kitchen was gorgeous and very well stocked for meal prepping in the home and the pool area provided hours of fun. We didn't have any issues with the pool app or heat, only wish we could have heated the pool a little warmer than the set 81/82 degrees (we love a warm pool, ha!) The pool loungers were comfy too. Kids LOVED the couch in the main room as well as the games and beach items provided. Areas for improvement: the outdoor sofa/chair furniture is dated, worn and stained. This would be a great improvement. A second TV would be nice too - perhaps in the master bedroom. Issue we encountered: There was something wrong with the water pressure and hot water in the home. We let Vacasa know and they tried to fix it, however being the holiday week, it was not fixed during our stay. We appreciate the recompense provided. Tip: Bath and pool towels provided but hard to find! They are hiding in the cabinet BEHIND the door in the master bathroom. No hair dryer provided, FYI, and I'd suggest BYO toiletries as the ones there are only okay (didn't feel like they were cleaning us.)

Hello, I have not been followed up with regarding being accommodated for not having hot water over 24 hours while staying at this residence. I had three kids and three adults that had to either not take a shower or had to wait until hot water was provided. We were there for a football tournament and having to deal with kids that were fresh off of the field and not not able to wash and hot water was unacceptable

Overall it was good, we ended up paying extra to heat the spa and pool, however, the communication wasn't great on their end so they didn't end up being heated the whole time we were there which was frustrating. Other than that an overall good stay. I will say the pictures are a bit confusing or deceptive considering the third “bedroom” was a bunkbed and a pullout couch, which we believed were in two separate rooms when looking at the photos of the listing. We would stay here again though and recommend to others.

House was great and had lots of beds. Could have used more towels, blankets and pillows were not provided for the trundle bed or pull out couch. And no hand soap was provided just bottles of baby shampoo in the place of it. There was lots of dust on air vents and fans like those are not cleaned enough. Overall great location less than 10 mins to multiple beaches and restaurants. And great place for a large group of people.

Great space for families and couples.

We loved the space, pool and location. Our only concern was that the AC was locked at 70 for night time sleep. We sleep much better a little lower temps, after contacting the manager was pretty much told there was nothing that could be done. Sleep on vacation is super important, since we mostly used the house at night after the beach. Otherwise it was a great rental. I would consider using again in winter months.

Family reunion of sorts

This was a great property for our family to come from all directions and meet in Naples Florida. The house was exactly as described, clean and spacious beautiful bedrooms with a lovely outdoor pool area. It was clean and tidy. The managers were always accessible for questions and replied within minutes if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this property close to Marco Island close to airport.

Great house in a great location!

Probably the best, updated, clean houses we’ve ever rented! It was absolutely wonderful. And the added cost to heat the pool and hot tub was totally worth it. Had to contact the management to figure out how to turn on hot tub and heat it up, and they instructed me to download the app and once I did that I had control of the lights and turning the spa on and off. Kids absolutely loved it. And the location is incredible. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and shopping as well as beaches.
