"Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Poor experience - 1. Despite the policy stating a check-in time of 3:00 PM, the room was not ready for occupancy until 4:00 PM. 2. The accommodation (a suite with sofa) was reserved for 3 persons. Starbucks at the hotel was a treat. Helen , an intern at the hotel, provided excellent service in the bar area by providing food and cocktails"
