Chris was an amazing host. The house was beautiful and since there was double red flags for the beach we made good use of the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommended this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nags Head. The property was spacious with large rooms and bedrooms were on a separate floor from living room and kitchen. Bottom floor was almost like its own self contained apartment minus a stove/microwave. The kids loved the close beach access and the pool. The baby gate at the top of the stairs was much needed. Good communication with the owner throughout our stay.

The house was exactly what we hoped for. It accommodated our family of 10 with amazing views and very close access to the beach. The host was very responsive when needed. The house came with unexpected beach amenities to enjoy for adults and children alike (boogie boards, floaties, sand toys, etc.) Overall, this wonderful experience left us excited to book again.

Great location, clean house, responsive host

The location was great, super close to the beach, only like a 5 min walk. Also close to the shopping enter with a Food Lion nearby (3min drive). House was clean and neat. Both the pool and hot tub were nice and we loved going in the pool after the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. So many bed options so it’s great for multiple families sharing. The host is very responsive and quick to address any issue we bring up, which was really helpful.

Great friends trip to OBX

Chris was a great host and the house was awesome. Everything was clean and functional. We ran into a small issue and Chris was very responsive and got the issue resolved for us asap! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks!

Great location to the beach

Chris is an exceptional host. Loved the house & how close it is to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The only negatvie comment is about the cleanliness. There were still dishes that needed to be put away, sand on the kitchen floor & coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would readily recommend the property.

Great place for a long weekend!

Chris, the owner was very accommodating and great at communicating. The house is in a perfect location, with beach access right across the street. Everything else you need such as grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc are right up the road. Would 100% stay here again

Great place

The house was awesome. Extremely clean, well maintained etc. this is in a great location right across the street from the beach but the private pool and hot tub are there if that’s more your speed. The hosts are really amazing, welcoming and attentive to anything we needed. I’d highly recommend this house.

Loved Everything

I seriously can not say enough good things about our stay! The house was so nice and so close to public beach access. Unfortunately we did not get to go to the beach too often due to Tropical Storm Ophelia, but Chris GAVE us an extra day, no charge since our weather was so crappy. It is off season, so I know this may not be possible during prime times, but I could not have asked for a better host! Will definitely be looking to rent here again in the future.

Friends and family vacation

The house was perfect for all 13 of us! The house was extremely spacious and the location was amazing! We also appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities we needed to cook with. All week, all of the kids (ranging from 13 to 4), swam in the pool/hot tub and loved it everyday. It also gave us moms peace of mind that the pool area was competely fenced in and we didnt have to worry about any of the younger ones running off or into the street. We did have a bit of an issue getting the access code to get into the house (we did not get the email right before our vacation) but chris was EXTREMELY quick to respond, fixed the problem , and let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. We all had an AMAZING vacation and plan of staying at this house again!

Great Place For Families

We stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our two grandchildren (ages 3 and 1.5). There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the kitchen had a great variety of tools, cookware and dishes. There were also games, puzzles and pool toys for all ages to enjoy. The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The property manager and owner were both very responsive to our questions. All together a wonderful stay.

The location of this house is perfect. The walk to the beach was super convenient. The kids loved the pool. The house was spacious enough to give everyone room to spread out. The baby items were a great bonus but dated. We were under the impression the house would have toilet paper and paper towels. It did not which caused issues when we first got there and needed to use the bathroom. Cannot wait for our next vacation!

Couldn’t Have Been Better!

My friends and I stayed at the property for a few days. The house is very clean, spacious, and the location is prime! It is great for a family vacation with kids of any age, or for a getaway with friends. The hot tub and pool were great too. Chris was very easy going and the check in/out process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great property for families!

This was a great spot for our family vacation! The house had tons of stuff for kids, including toys, a pack and play, baby gates, etc. The pool was fabulous, although there is no shade out there whatsoever. Great location for the beach and ice cream places! The owner was communicative and accommodating, both in the months leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would definitely recommend this property!

We ended up creating great memories in this house.

We really liked the location of this house. Very short walk to a public beach access point and with kids, this is huge haha. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions we had and resolved any issues along the way! Thank you very much for lending us your house and I will say the hammock chairs were a favorite of mine with coffee in the mornings out on the top deck!!!

Great location, nice property

The home was as pictured. The pool and hot tub were great. The management company has not been taking care of this property. Light bulbs were out in the microwave, the dining chandelier, and in some lamps. One bathroom exhaust fan did not work. There was some mold in the bathroom tile, and shower liners were dirty or moldy. The property owner was very responsive and did get the management company over to address everything. I do recommend this property as the owner did respond quickly.
