"We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!"

"Overall the house was clean & nice. Like other reviews had said there isn’t an indoor entrance to the basement and the code to the lower level is different than the upper level. It would be helpful if both codes were included for check in."

"We traveled to Nags Head for a family vacation, Sugaree was a great choice for us to stay. We had 5 people andl there was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, location to the beach was amazing, hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Restaurants and shopping was nearby and convenient. We drove to Corolla to see the wild horses and the City of Duck for doughnuts was great! We would definitely stay here again"

"This home was beautiful and the views were spectacular! Plenty of space, each of the 7 guests had their own room and bathroom. Nice array of supplies were provided to include a surprise birthday basket for me coordinated by Sue Ann (thank you Ma'am! A very thoughtful gesture and a personal touch that I appreciate greatly). The management team was great about servicing any issues we had. Would definitely stay again."

"Our place had everything we needed. It was cute, spacious, and clean. I had never had to communicate with Vacasa before vs. a property owner so that was different but not too bad. Overall I would stay there again!"

"We had a great stay at the canal home. There were beautiful views of the canal in the back and ocean in the front. Lots of fun things to do on the property and in the area. We loved having the bikes to ride around the area. There are speed limit signs that everyone respected so it made bike riding and walking safe. Lots of great seating in the back to drink coffee relax by the water. Very short drive to jeanette's pier which is where we parked for the beach. Lots of shops and food stores near...

"The stay was nice. The windows were very dirty. I had to clean the downstairs windows in order to see out. Dust build up on window blinds and window sills. Dust build up on baseboards. Refrigerator is very dirty. Place definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Ice maker did not work."

"This is the second time we have stayed at Bankers Cottage. We will return. We love the area, also like the cottage. It fits our needs. The only issue is the floors are in bad need of mopping. Also there is never a dish rag or dish towel. I bring extra rags incase of a need. Glad I did this time."

"Clayton's home was everything we had hoped for and more! We came to Nags Head for a surf competition and were a very short drive to the pier which was so convenient! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the home was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot-tub to warm up after a long cold day in the water. Clayton was responsive and helpful and made checking in and out a breeze! We can't wait to come back soon!"

"We loved the location. Just my husband and I and our little furbaby 💜 The only thing I would suggest is a complimentary roll of toilet paper. As soon as we got there, we had to go to the store. I loved sitting on the porch just listening to the waves and watching my husband fish. It was a wonderful weekend getaway."

"Everything about staying at The Bungalow felt like a vacation but had all the comforts of home. Kim has put such thought and time into all that she has created for those of us who choose to visit Nags Head and select her lovely property to stay at. She has thought of everything. There are 3 different types of pillows to choose from, everything you need for the beach, a lovely garden, and beautiful places to sit and just be. It's nice to know that Kim is there if you need any help with anything....
