The host was excellent!! He worked with us on rescheduling due to nasty weather on our first planned trip in October. The cottage was very clean, cozy and the decor was outstanding. Stay was nice. I was a little surprised to have someone living in the apartment below the rental. Felt a little unsettled having Mexican workers from the Dunes restaurant living in the small unmarked cottages behind my rental as well. As a female staying with my elderly mother I do worry.

IMMACULATE!!

The property was exceptional! It supplied everything we could even think of needing. I LOVED the CLEANLINESS of the home- No dust on the blinds or baseboards!...No hair on the floor or in the shower!..No crumbs left on the kitchen counters! IMMACULATE home! Worth every dime and then some! It did not disappoint! The proximity to restaurants as well as the beach was a plus.The host, Patrick, provided excellent communication from start to finish!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend in the OBX

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage! The description was spot on and we couldn't have been happier with our long weekend away from home! It was conveniently located to the beach, dining, and shopping. Easy walk to the outlets and other areas of interest as long as you dont mind crossing the main highway. If we travel as a family of 3 and not with the larger immediate family, we would definitely choose this property again!

Perfect location

Sometimes you sacrifice a great house for location or vice versa. But this house had both! It was wonderfully decorated, had enough space for our family, felt comfortable, and had an amazing location. We have even recommended this house to our extended family. Thank you Patrick for great communication and a wonderful stay!

We had a great week at the beach. Easy walk to beach access and a quick drive to the fishing pier. (You could walk, depending on how much gear you’re taking.) Close to restaurants, too. Patrick was accessible and accommodating, and the house was very clean. While not a huge house, the layout let everyone have a little space of their own. Our first trip to OBX, but not our last!

Short and sweet

We had a party of 3 mature ladies with a fewDays to relax. The property was perfect just the right size and full of amenities:Sun run back port spacious kitchen and comfortable furniture. Walking distance to beach. Plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive to assistance and answer minor questions. Looking for to next year. A perfect 10 property and weekend!

Beach Cottage

Very well decorate beach house makes you feel right at home in the Outer Banks. Hot water heater was not working when we showed up and the property manager had it fixed within hours. Highly recommend this place

Very enjoyable!

Cozy indeed - the house was perfect for the two of us. Enough room to comfortably spread out and yet still homey & warm. Accessing the beach was quick and easy. There's a lot to do within a short radius. Patrick was a lovely host and prompt with all communications. The light/fan in the entryway wasn't working, but that didn't detract at all from the home. Thank you again for a lovely week!

Nags Head Beach Bungalow

This was great for our family of 4. Beds are comfortable and the space is nicely decorated. They had plenty of towels and we were able to cook meals easily enough. We loved how close it was to the beach. Easy 4 minute walk. You can’t really see the ocean from the house, but location was super for our first time at the OBX. Host was responsive and generously accommodated a late departure so we could enjoy the nice day. Very grateful.
