We never even got to see the room on this reservation because despite clearing the identification process the night before we were supposed to check in, I received an email the day of the reservation stating I failed the identification process so my reservation was canceled. (See pictures). There was no opportunity to talk to someone and correct it or even get more information. The communication process was nonexistent, which was awful since we found ourselves in Myrtle Beach and suddenly had no place to stay. They were excellent in refunding our money quickly and with no issues.
