"Booked this property because the price was very reasonable. The check-in process wasnt too terrible. Just have to do a validation process. All codes are sent to you for entry as you arrive. You just can't get in early to your room (even by an hour) unless you pay an extra fee. The room is VERY small. It's not your average size hotel room, so be prepared for that, because I definitely was not! It's probably 250 sq ft. If you're going by yourself or with one small child, it'll be okay. But don't...

"Good location if you have a family and want to be in the middle of it all. Room could have been cleaner, bedding had stains on it. It was a hassle not being able to get into the hotel without following someone in that had an actual keycard. Elevators were breaking constantly, so it took a long time to get back and forth to our 19th floor room. The resort itself was not very clean in general. If you’re looking for a cheaper place for a family and don’t mind these things, then it’ll work for a...

"over all it was nice. the room was not clean, vents had a lot of dust, dresser was dirty inside and out, night stand had something that was split running down it. the only other complaint i have was there was no way to get fresh shower towels, garbage bag, paper towels, We had to buy our own. View was great!"

"* **Pest Infestation:** We were dismayed to discover cockroaches present in the kitchen cabinets. This is a serious hygiene concern that made using the kitchen area uncomfortable.* **Substandard Cleanliness:** The overall cleanliness of the unit was significantly below expectations. Specifically:* Both the mirrors and the sliding glass door were visibly unclean upon arrival.* The bed board had noticeable debris, and the nightstand lamp was dusty.* We found old crumbs inside several drawers in...

"Excellent view!!!Roaches, carpet needs to be replaced, smells like mold in entire condo. Beds are horrible, needs to be replaced. Nice bathroom and kitchen but needs detailed cleaning"

"Check in was super easy. The view is incredible. We only had a small mishap with a leak that wasn’t their fault it was from the room above and even so, the situation was resolved very quickly. I would absolutely suggest staying here. The host is very attentive with any questions. Thank you so much for such a beautiful space for us and our girls !!!!"

"Everything is great "

"This is a safe, family friendly, amenity loaded rental. Highly recommend for families with kids or romantic getaways. We've done both here and the view, the room, everything was just awesome!"

"Room was very dirty. Contacted host and nothing was fixed or another room was not offered. There were not proper amout of towels, etc. Which we did receive more bath towels. This was our annual girls trip and we always try some place new, we will not be staying there again."

"We absolutely enjoyed the room and it was everything we could have wanted . Reaching the host was a breeze and they responded quickly. However I wish we could have had access to all the amenities the resort offered"
