El lugar está en una excelente ubicación y loes cuartos son de buen tamaño solo que están outdated the beds are not the best and the pool area looks like it needs some TLC dice por todos lado que están remodelando así que ojalá mejoren todas esas cosas

No lo recomendaría para unas vacaciones
Para empezar el de la recepcion nos atendio con enojo y de mala manera por un error en la reservacion, luego la limpieza del lugar es horrible no es limpio, los pasillos , el elevador sucio olor a marihuana la piscina es bonita pero no para la diversión de los niños mucha gente borracha y musica alta definitivamente no es un hanbiente para los niños, no hay suficientes toallas papel higiénico jabon y champoo, en general es un lugar que no recomiendo un muy mala experiencia para vacaciones y mucho dinero por un lugar Horrible y sucio.

I apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. We do offer a wide variety of alternative means to enjoy the swimming here at Hotel Blue. We offer 15 alternative pools and water sources at our sister property that are available for your use as well while staying with us. We escort anyone one off property that is caught smoking anything on our property. We do have guests put their old towels in the hallway due to covid so we can collect them safely.

Pesimo... nos entregaron el cuarto pasadas las 4:30 pm. Yo reserve para 4 adultos y 3 niños eramos 2 familias pequeñas y solo nos dieron parqueo para 1 automobil tubimos que pagar parqueo para el 2do auto. La persona que me atendio en frente lo hizo de mala gana. No pienso volver a reservar en Hotel Blue.

En la registración el Manayer se Porto muy prepotente racista el cuarto apestaba las sábanas muy duras las los tornillos de las puertas se caían en fin fue muy desagradable

La ubicación fue buena pero el hotel me decepciono no limpiaron bien la habitación,estuve 3 días y no encontré toallas en la alberca,el wifi no eres bueno y los elevadores no funcionaban bien.

Do not recommend this place. if I could I would give this place zero stars. Everything from the halls to the rooms are disgusting. Hairs found on both beds, stains in multiple places. The bed blankets are paper thin, the linens on the bed smell awful. I am truly disappointed, it looks nothing like the photos

Weekends are loud, even on 14th floor from neighboring bars and sites. Elevator was broken so ha to wait for just one that worked out of 4. Rooms where a little smaller than seemed via site pics. But a nice and clean stay for our tournament. Pull out beds where smaller and not conformable. Murphy beds where better than pull outs.

they went above and beyond when the sister amenities were included and upgraded us to VIP allowing us access to two other hotels with SO MUCH MORE to do, they are awesome by far

When we walked in there were several things broken in the lobby. What they said was a new lounge area was not even really more than a counter with a person behind it. The halls opened into the parking garage which was less than desirable. The halls in the parking garage area smelled.

So dirty. Tub full of long hair, toilet dirty, ac by the door is stupid loud, impossible to sleep. Walls had grime on them. Sticky floor In kitchen.
