Very Unfortunate Experience
1. Communication was very poor. Check in details were not provided until the day before and entry codes not until we were due to check in. 2. Outdated parking passes and amenities bracelets were provided causing issues with security. 3. Host was basically unreachable by app or by phone. Sent a dozen messages before they showed up at rental without notice. Then left only 2 bracelets for 4 guests. 4. Unit was not as described and not as clean as you would hope. Bed in main room is not as pictured. There is no lower pull out. Pull out couch in living room is rock hard and no linens were provided for it. Only a thin throw blanket. 5. Dishes all needed to be rewashed before use and no dishwasher liquid was provided. 5. VERY MINIMAL towels provided. We had 4 staying and did not have even one towel for shower per person. 6. Outlets in bathroom did not work. Reset was stuck in position. 7. No broom for room provided. Floor was dirty and clammy. Only a vacuum provided and there were no rugs in the unit. 8. Only one trash bag was provided for a full week stay. 9. Remotes in the room did not have batteries and one was missing the backing. The host never responded to my messages, so I stopped contacting. I do not recommend staying here. The price was right as a new listing, but it is not worth the stress they caused while vacationing. The only positives were that the building is beautifully maintained and quiet. They neighbor next to this unit was lovely. The rest a mess.
