Million dollar view!!! We book this room primarily for the view and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! The room was clean and bright! I loved the beach decor!

Overall, it was a nice stay. It's a little tight, but good enough for my small family. The pictures are accurate and the view of the beach is amazing! The amenities and location was also great! However, the floor wasnt swept well where we had to sweep the dust and sand most likely from the previous stay. After paying, I had to pay 50 for something... I believe the service they use to manage the property. This wasnt mentioned in the initial booking. Also, there was an email stating to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, etc., but all they were fully supplied. I also didnt like the bedroom being right when you come in the door. It was weird to see people walk past your window at night and didnt help with the wind due to the tropical storm. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nice 4 night getaway

Property is in good condition. Living room rug needs changed, needs more than vacuuming to get it clean. Comfortable beds. Balcony is a little small but is exactly as shown in listing.

Great little place!

Great CLEAN place. Nicely decorated, ocean front, not to be confused with Ocean view which most of the people they have. Bed's where soft and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Prior reviews mention the elevator but to be honest with you I think this is a perk! Elevator is right outside your door so you have easy private exit easy entrance rather than walking through the whole place every time. Loads of towels plenty of paper towels toilet paper and all the amenities. Just bring your own K-Cups! ,

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property for our one week stay. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed - towels, coffee maker, microwave, cooktop, fridge, utensils and cups/plates/bowls, decent beds, charging areas, tvs, eat-in area overlooking the ocean, enough pantry space and trash receptacles for daily use. They also had starter supplies of paper products and dish soap/hand soap. The location of the property was nice too - relatively close to other hot spots and visitor activities. We used the balcony a lot to watch the sunrise every morning or have an evening drink. We were pleased!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo is true to its description. It provided enough space for our family of three to be comfortable. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a great place to relax, have your morning coffee, watch the sunrise with an occasional dolphin being able to be seen. The onsite access to the beach and pool made it easy to enjoy the sunshine! The location was perfect with access to many local attractions. Our family made some amazing memories here and would definitely come back! Thanks for sharing this great property.

GREAT PLACE

Property was as advertised. Family friendly, and room was nice and quiet. Spectacular views, clean. Great restaurants (River City Cafe - try the Grouper Rueben, Flamingo Grill, and Fiesta Mexicana) just a short walk. Parking was a little tight, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Family stay at the beach

We had so much fun at this little property. It was the perfect size for our family. It is in close proximity to different things to do with family. Putt putt , go kart track/ arcade and the Carolina theater. The pool and lazy river was nice. Close access to the beach. The hotel amenities were also great, beachfront grill was yummy and servered tasty alcohol, the little pizza and ice cream place was nice for a quick treat as well. I only wished that they had an oven, they had a tiny toaster oven which made it difficult to cook some options. The first night's sleep was not so relaxing... The elevators where very noisy ( which is not the responsibility of the property itself) but was not "relaxing" after a long day at the pool and beach.

Amazing view

My mom and I took a much needed vacation together and we loved the location. From the beach ocean view and watching dolphins from the balcony to the private beach area located within 500 ft from the property. Clean, beautiful, and amazing. We made the best memories.

Good and bad

Beautiful view from our room. Very nice people. However, first 2 weeks was constant noise from the pool being retiled and not to mention, we couldn't use pool or hot tub. Noise continued when roof was resurfaced. Also, Air Conditioner broke down. We waited 6 days, for it to be fixed, didn't happen, we left early. We never expected these kind of issues to take place. We wanted somewhere to go every winter, this does not appear to be it.

Location, location, location

Check in was a little confusing (for us at least) because there are a few resorts together with shared parking and it was not clear to us where our entrance was. The unit itself was spotless. The property it is a part of could use some cleaning and updating. One of the beds was more comfortable than the other. The view was spectacular! If we were in the unit, we were on the balcony. Speaking of, the balcony could use a small table. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Room was exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Great location with many restaurants in the area! Also many golf courses close by for the fathers who enjoy to golf. Communication with the owner was spectacular throughout the trip. My entire family enjoyed the trip very much!!!

Wonderful Property

We LOVED our stay. The unit was clean and the check-in was seamless. The beach was amazing and the property amenities were great too. My only critique was the elevator noise but for the location, it was worth it.
