"This is a great place to stay. The hotel is centrally located in old town. The staff, Quan, Cloud, Cara and Leo, provided exceptional lobby service. My first day at the hotel, I wasn’t sure if my pre booked tours would pick us up at the hotel. Quan called each tour company and ensured a pick up for us.
