"Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us."

"There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!"

"We stayed for an extended time with work and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 4 adult. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Accessing the house was a breeze and the extra upgrades in the upstairs bathroom were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again."

"This is a great house, very nicely renovated and furnished. Plenty of offroad parking available. The house is in what can look like a sketchy neighborhood but a lot of Davenport looks sketchy. We were told by the kids that went to college there that the neighborhood isn't actually that bad. The house has a good security alarm with cameras which was super nice to have.
