"The private Modern Boho was perfect for our stay. The exterior and the interior of the property were clean, inviting and comfortable. We especially loved all of the personal touches: throw pillows, rugs, nick nacks/decorations, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, spices, toiletries and crisp fresh linens. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kelsey was awesome! I had many questions and she went above and beyond to answer with many suggestions for things for us to do on our girls trip. I felt like...

"Stayed for a 4 day baseball tournament at Pleasant Meadows and this house made the entire tournament relaxing. The house was super cute, comfortable and have everything we needed to wind down from and prepare for a day of baseball. Owner left great recommendations for food and things to do. They were very prompt answering any questions and it is close to EVERYTHING! Definitely a go to house for a quiet yet convenient vacation."

"Nice little place on the edge of Pella made our trips back and forth to Lake Red Rock easy! The upstairs loft area does get a little warm but by the time the kids were ready for bed it was doable. Definitely would stay again!"

"Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!!"

"The sheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the air was bad, I couldn't sleep at all, what I did like was the very fun pool, my children say, the green area, the golf course and the beauty salon inside the hotel."
