Great house, spacious layout, clean and comfortable. Back yard needs some TLC but house was great otherwise. Excellent location right on beautiful Duck Creek walking path.

We were in town for a funeral and it was nice to come back to the house with its spacious and peaceful rooms. The beds are comfortable. We appreciated the use of the attached garage.

It was a nice house, not far from the interstate, which made it very accessible to anything you want to do in the Quad cities. Very comfortable living rooms for sitting around and chatting, well stocked kitchen. Three good size bedrooms, the beds and pillows could use some updating, as they were a a bit old and uncomfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable home! Several nice sitting areas, great kitchen, nice outdoor seating although it was too cold to use it. Easy to get to and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We had a great stay during a fun weekend in Davenport. The home is deceptively large with plenty of room for a comfortable visit. The house is conveniently located to just about everything! The bedrooms were really comfortable and we all slept great! All of the furniture was clean and cozy!The hosts provide all you could need during your stay - tons of books, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. They were easy to communicate with and checking in and out were a breeze! We will definitely consider a repeat visit!

Very pet friendly! However the yard is so overgrown it does diminish the usefulness. The house is clean and comfortable inside. The location is Fantastic! Hosts are very easy to communicate with. I have stayed here more than once and will stay again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf.

A 4.5/5 stay!!

This home is in a great location! It is right off I-74 and convenient to everything we needed in the area. We loved that it is right next to the Duck Creek bike/walking trail. It also has very comfortable living room/den furniture for a short term rental. :)The ice machine in the fridge did not work, but the owners did kindly offer to bring ice to us. I would just suggest having some already on hand for your next guests.

Great Property

Property is just as described in the listing. Older home but well kept. Communication was fast and friendly. Lots of room, two living rooms. Only negative, has only two TVs for the property. One in living room and one downstairs. It would have been nice to have extra TVs maybe in bedroom and other living room.
