"Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. "

"Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea. Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room. All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with. Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes."

"Not in the prettiest area of Brisbane, but so close to its airport it is an excellent option when taking an early flight, so it was the second time I booked it for this reason + the parking + the modern decoration + the same nice and helpful girl at the reception!
