"We booked the Alcyone for a friends party being held at Eagle farm racecourse and Alcyone location was within close proximity. Couldn’t fault anything, rooms clean and comfortable, easy checkin and communication. Would highly recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises."

In addition to the Kingsford's there are also a couple of good breakfast restaurants a block away, which I couldn't go to this time. The nearby gas station to fill the tank of a rental car is also a welcome addition..."

Real oven, microwave oven, stove, twin sink on island bench top, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Plus TVs in the bedroom and lounge. Comfortable lounge. Good-sized balcony with table and chairs. Secure and very reasonably priced overnight parking ($16 versus up to $50 elsewhere). No other tall buildings around."

"Do not stay at this property. We had full blown black mold In our bathroom all around the ceiling. I asked the Chinese owner for a refund due to me not being able to shower and she declined! The property is dated and dirty! Don't stay here."

"Easy location between town and airport. Modern shower, good temp range but not too powerful. All necessary amenities. Clean comfy beds. Only tip would be better wi-fi instructions. (Very helpful with our late checkin, so didn’t want to bother her later when we’d settled in-and not all that essential)"
