Great rental

We’ve stayed here several times. Great peaceful location. Great fishing. Only complaint is the rock hard beds. I suggest bringing your own pillows and something to pad the beds better. Highly recommend for a great get away

Beautiful house and great location

We very much enjoyed our weekend at this house. They had everything we needed to cook but also close enough to eat at restaurants. The view from the deck is very nice and boat rental is only a few minutes away if you want to fish.

Beautiful little spot!

We had a great time during our stay! Property manager was easy to get in touch with, the view from the upper deck was just amazing, the river was cold but so refreshing to just float in with our tubes tied up to the logs and branches along the edge, very quiet/beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely book with Ivy Vacations again!

Exceptional Location, Fabulous Time

If you are looking for a place to stay in Mountain View, AR, this is your place! The home is very well kept, layed out well, has all the items needed for a comfortable stay, and the view of the river is spectacular! The communication with the hostess was excellent! We had a fabulous time and will definitely be planning another trip and hopefully staying at this location!

Beautiful View from the Upper Deck

Property was clean and just as described. We had a great time. We caught fish from the bank and enjoyed cooking out and eating on the nice covered deck while watching the river roll by.

Amazing View., Good Space

Bed was a bit hard, but I never count off for stuff like that because it is a very unique preference for everyone. There is just no way they can have a mattress that everyone likes. So 5 stars.

So refreshing and relaxing

The location was exactly as promised. Quiet and relaxing. They also opened the garage for us so my husband could park and they had all sorts of things to entertain young children-kites, fishing poles, balls-although this was a couple trip and we didn’t use any of those. Still a nice touch. I would advise a quick clean of the roof of the beautiful observation porch as they were a lot of cobwebs and bugs that we tried to do away with. Also make sure you keep the code with you as the door locks when you close it. Amazing place and view!!
