"This was a beautiful seaside Inn. The staff was phenomenal. The owner. Ben was extremely charming and educational made us feel extremely welcome and as if we were part of the family, the grounds are beautiful. The view of the sea is gorgeous. They prepared a delicious home-cooked breakfast that included fresh blueberry pancakes, eggs and juice all served in a beautiful dining room overlooking the water if you’re ever in the area this is the place to stay my husband and I will definitely be back...

"The Inn is just a short drive out of Bar Harbor. It's a beautiful old building that is well kept. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding and varied! Only thing to watch is if you are on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep and narrow. If you cannot carry your luggage, this might be a problem for you. Otherwise, wonderful stay and wonderful property."

"Authentic inn with lots of character and features. Very helpful staff. Real fire place in the room if that’s something that appeals to you. Room was immaculate, bed very comfortable and a nice little breakfast selection for the morning. Easy check in and some lovely outdoor seating with fire pits. It is possible to walk to Northeast harbour. "
