"The room looks good but the room 103 on building 2 has some equipment underneath which makes the floor vibrate every some minutes which is super annoying when sleeping. This ruins the whole experience. Asked the staff but nothing was done."

"There was very little communication with a human being, which was just fine! The only question we had to speak to someone about was to confirm that we could bring our dog and we had to pay an extra fee on top of the online payment. The description could’ve been a little clearer. We thought we’d be in a separate cabin but ended up sharing walls with another room. Overall, comfortable, clean, quiet, great location and value."

"The room was small but met our needs. It was clean and updated on the interior. Exterior and the walkways throughout the property were less updated. The pool was warm and clean. The kitchen only had a cooktop, no oven, which was a surprise, but there were grills available outside so we made it work. Would definitely stay again."

"The Cromwell is owned by kids who were gifted the property by their parents. Out of a 7500 mile road trip. This was by far the cleanest the nicest kept grounds inside and out. Everything looked brand new and still maintaining some charm from their parents era. I made it a point to go to the office and tell the staff only need to be lucky enough to meet two of the kids! We had an amazing experience and will surely be back Refrigerator microwave and a nice coffee station in your room. Brochures ...

"This is a wonderful refurbished and appropriately updated motor motel. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The amenities such as free drinks and snacks available throughout the day hit the spot. The location to Acadia and Bar Harbor was perfect. I was able to ride my bike everywhere and enjoy all of the main park, Bar Harbor and Schoodic Pennisula (via ferry) without driving my car. This allowed me to avoid crowds and get to and from all the popular sights, hikes, rides in park with...

"Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was wonderful including the staff who were warm and welcoming, and full of tips for things to do and see in the area. Our room was clean, comfortable and felt like an ocean cottage. We will absolutely be back to stay longer! "

"Had a wonderful 2 nights stay in a spacious room with a king size bed, fireplace, two sitting chairs and full-size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that the room came with an air-conditioner unit as the temperatures were very warm that week. Coffee, tea, water and homemade snacks were provided in the afternoon and breakfast was included and served in choice of two locations. The breakfast sandwich that I was served was delicious and staff was very tentative. ...
