"It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. "

"This is an excellent property for your stay in Morehead City. The owner has everything you could possibly need or want stocked at the property. The pictures in the owner's listing are accurate. Everything shown is really there, plus more. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the garage. From towels to trash bags the owner assures you have more supplies than you could need. Having the washer and dryer is a plus for any beach trip. Property is well maintained and beautifully decorated....

"It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. "Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. "We loved our stay in Pine Knolls Shores! The house looked exactly as listed and was extremely clean and inviting. We had seven children with us ranging from toddler to teenage. There was ample space for everyone and we took advantage of the large yard and fire pit. Having private beach access was the cherry on top. You book this home with no worries! "

"Michelle is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. i usually stay ON the beach but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get onto the beach on the boardwalk/sidewalk. The pool was amazing. 6 inch area is great for our 1 and 3 year old (wish there was a way to stop the one year old from walking into the deep area so we could relax more but still fun) Kids toys and books were perfect. Had everything we needed. And again, Michelle was outstanding."

"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

"We loved this property! We fished off the pier and spent many hours on the screen porch. Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time with our adult kids playing games and fishing. Such a special time and special place!!"
