"It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. "Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords."

"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...
