Good place for the price. Quiet neighborhood, private beach is great. Slept two families, 4 adults and 7 kids comfortably. Clean and neutral decor was nice. Lots of kitchen items to use. It does smell like pets a little , and the back room smelled like smoke so if you’re sensitive to those things be aware. I’m picky with cleaning fees, so there were a few cleaning things that bugged me but weren’t deal breakers. It was definitely cleaner than many places I’ve stayed at, the floor passed the “white sock test” with flying colors.

We had a wonderful family holiday getaway. The house is beautifully decorated and has a warm, modern vibe that made us feel right at home. There was plenty of space for our family of five to relax, play, and enjoy time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when we encountered two very minor hiccups. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

The most relaxing vacation I’ve had in a long time. There was plenty of parking spaces in the driveway. The house was spotless, roomy and so comfortable. The water pressure was great! My bed slept like a cloud and everyone else said the same about their bed. Every time I had a question for Joel, he answered my questions right away.I will definitely be back and can’t wait to spread the word to all my friends. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation spot.5 STARS ALL THE WAY

It was great to be able to bring our family dogs with us; although there is an additional fee per dog; which I had not experienced before. fenced back yard was great for dogs. laundry was easy to access and use. on the ground floor. bedrooms were well appointed and bathrooms were very nice. lots of areas to gather for games and puzzles

We loved our stay in Pine Knolls Shores! The house looked exactly as listed and was extremely clean and inviting. We had seven children with us ranging from toddler to teenage. There was ample space for everyone and we took advantage of the large yard and fire pit. Having private beach access was the cherry on top. You book this home with no worries!

Perfect Getaway

This property is beautiful and exactly as listed. Plenty of space, parking, privacy, amenities, and great hosts. If I could give more stars to host communication I would, they were absolutely wonderful and extremely responsive and accommodating. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness for two reasons; 1, there were towels left in the washing machine that we had to remove (but thats not the hosts fault) as well as the trash can outside was full when we arrived, and 2, some of the things like pool stick tips and corn hole bags need to be replaced. However none of that was enough of an issue that needed to be addressed while we were there. We had a truly amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place!

We had a great family holiday stay - enjoyed the house, walking the neighborhood and walking to the beach. Backyard was large and great to have for two dogs. The hosts were very responsive for all of our questions. The beach walk was a bit longer than we thought but doable since we were not bringing anything with us (winter!)and we love to walk. The drive and parking though were quick and easy had we wanted to go for a full day in warmer weather. The game room with pool table was very fun. It is a separate entrance via backyard - and one of the bed lofts in located there rather than in main house. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay!!

We rented this beautiful comfy home for my daughters 18th bday party. The house was spacious and beautiful! Super comfy. Plenty of room for all the kids to enjoy. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Will def stay again in the future. Highly reccomend. themselves.

Stay in Pine Knoll Shores

Pine Knoll Shores is close to Atlantic Beach and many wonderful things. Our rental house was not far from the beach, but it was not an easily walkable distance for young children, and guests need to understand that point. Parking is very good, but guests need to understand that they will need to drive to the beach. The house is very nice. The host was immediately responsive to a minor plumbing problem that occurred. In short, we had a good experience, but had not realized the distance to the beach ( we had two small children.).
