"We stayed at the Dogwood Treehouse during the ice storm FERN in January of 2026. We knew going in that there was a chance we could get stuck, but we had been planning this trip for nearly a year and didn’t want to cancel. "Great house for exploring the Asheville area. It’s not downtown so it was nice and quiet. Large lot for the pup to run around on. This would be a great house for a family get together or girls weekend. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Loved the decor and ambiance.
