"This auberge is a little gem. A warm and friendly inn keeper, a friendly cat, a beautiful quiet lakeside location, a clean cheery well appointed room. The property is more motel than hotel since the rooms are down the hill from the main house and have outdoor entrances however he living room and the porch are open for use by the guests. "Beautiful and very comfortable room. Unfortunately the fireplace could not be persuaded to work but it was not really a problem. Next time we will visit in the season as many restaurants were still on winter hours and so the choice was a bit limited."

It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control.
