"We had a three-generation multi-family stay and this property was great! Separate “studio”-style stay for the grandparents, and plenty of rooms for the rest! "Perfect family getaway! The location was within 15 minutes of everything yet away from town (downtown Monterey) so you had the quiet and peace of the suburbs. The huge yard was great for dogs and the patio with BBQ grill worked great! The host was Awesome!! They left a nice gift (which we didn’t use) but checked with us twice just to see if everything was good (which it was). Already talking about when we can stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!"

"We spent two nights here with our children, ages 5 and 2.5, and it was the ideal vacation home for our family. Our host was warm, accommodating, and quick to reply to any questions. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully suited for kids. Everything we needed was provided, including a wonderful selection of toys and books in the kids’ room. We would absolutely love to return for another stay in the future."

"When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge.
