We were not happy with this condo
The condo was not very clean, kitchen was not stocked well at all. We have stayed in 3 other places in the same place that were nicer, well stocked, very clean and cheaper. We did appreciate the tables and chairs in the garage, that made it nice for everyone to set together for meals and games, but it sure was dirty... The patio was very dirty, did not even try the hot tub, the out side walks had trash and the land scaping was not taken care of. Very disappointed!!!

Great Moab Vacation Rental
Roomy condo with everything needed to relax after a day of hiking and playing at nearby Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Private hot tub was a hit and the kitchen and dining area was well stocked with utensils and kitchenware. We also appreciated the complimentary shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms, just like a hotel! Master bedroom was giant with lots of closet space.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was perfect for our group! The teenagers especially loved the hot tub with the great view. After a day of hiking we could all fit around the fire in the family room and relax. The garage with the ping pong table was perfect extra space and fun! Definitely recommend this place as a home base for vacation to Moab!

Just what we needed
This property fit the bill! With two adults, a dog and kiddos ages 11, 13 and 15 it worked perfectly. Everything we needed. We enjoyed the games and the large parking space in the garage. It fit our lifted trail rig easily. The hot tub was nice to have after hiking the local trails. Grass areas just outside the door for the pup to potty and the condo is only minutes from town. Would definitely rent again.

Great family spot!
Our group of 8 loved the space! The basketball courts and swimming pool were nice for the whole family to hang out after a long hot day of hiking and sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was functional and clean. The hot tub and gas grill were nice to have as well! The only suggestion I would have would be a few more kitchen towels and drinking glasses, but those are minor things and we had a fabulous time!

Delightful Stay in Moab
I was very happy with my experience at this property. It was a little bit of a rough start, with the code to the unit not being sent beforehand, and when reaching the property management, we had to go through several codes before we received the right one to get in. Once we got in though, it was splendid! The home was very well cleaned and maintained. The hot tub was ready and available for us to use. I appreciated the little touches, like the guides for food and things to do in the area, the dog blanket and doggie bags, the extra towels and toiletries that were available to use. It was truly delightful. It felt like home away from home. The area is perfect. It’s just a quick drive into the heart of Moab for gas, food, etc. It was also roughly 10 minutes from Arches National Park. Absolutely loved the area, the home, and our stay, and I think we will return in the future!

Excellent for groups
The private hot tub sits 4. Plenty of room inside for a big group! There is a queen foam mattress that 2 can sleep on and another pad for 1 person. We stored a trailer in the garage and there was plenty of room. Another person slept on the garage futon.

Good location, games to play

Comfortable and Easy
This unit offered everything we needed for our visit. The hot tub was a lovely perk after a few days of backpacking through Canyonlands. There were loads of extra amenities that would make the unit comfortable for larger groups or families. The garage was full of fun games (though we didn't have time to enjoy them ourselves). The neighborhood is about 5 miles south of town and is not walkable/bikeable if that is what you are looking for. We noticed a lot of 4-wheel trailers parked along the streets and it seemed like it would be easier for folks with off-road vehicles in this neighborhood than regular Moab neighborhood streets. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is the distance from town and that there must have been a big or messy group in the unit before us because the unit was still being cleaned when it was time to check in.

Great for families
Great place to stay for families and dogs. The garage was nicely finished and had lots of fun games and toys. We traveled with a toddler so it was nice that the place provided all the necessities we needed to accommodate him. There is a nice view of the mountains from the master bedroom balcony and the hot tub patio. We will be planning our next trip out there!

Great place for our kids
We really enjoyed the garage rec room that the owners added, and it was great that this unit had it’s own hot tub. When weren’t out exploring, we had lots to do without leaving the house, and the kids were definitely occupied. There were some issues we had with the kitchen faucet and the kids bunk beds, but property management was very responsive and jumped on the things we needed fixed. Hopefully the other items are resolved for the next guest to not have to worry about it.

Perfect for a celebration
This trip was a birthday trip for my turning 13 year old son! The house was perfect with a fun garage setup (ping pong table, foosball, darts, etc.) and a personal hot tub. Not to mention - the location is beautiful! Our weekend was awesome. The only reason I rated this place 4 stars, is that the walls are pretty thin and we could hear the neighbors at night.

Family Getaway after Thanksgiving
The townhouse was perfectly located to get to Arches National Park, Canyonlands, and Moab. We enjoyed some family time after long days of climbing on rocks and site seeing. The master bedroom was great. My sons loved the hot tub. The garage door needs attending to but really most everything was perfect.

Great Moab condo
The condo was very clean, updated with nice decor and had everything you would need for your stay. The location was very convenient to Moab’s restaurants, grocery stores, shopping as well as the entry to Arches Natl. Park. The only con was the number of 4- wheelers and trucks parked on the streets in the community. They would block the streets making it hard to get to the condo. I am sure this is not an everyday problem and is not the fault of the condo development.We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great for families
Great place for families with the bunk room and the garage turned game room as well as the complex pool. The folding tables are a nice addition in the garage if you have a large group. It has some of the baby necessities like a pack n play (bring a sheet), high chair and a baby gate as well as toddler plates/cups/utensils. The kitchen has a crock pot, coffee pot, blender, toaster and spices, but make sure to bring cooking oil. It has pots and pans... not the nicest quality, but gets the job done. Fridge has ice and filtered water. It would be a great place to stay for families with kids of all ages.

Great escape for our family
This house was perfect for our family’s little getaway!! From the start it was easy and the house was better than expected!! In fact there was so much to do at the house it was hard to leave, but when you are surrounded with the beauty of southern Utah you have to go out and explore! The house was clean and has everything we needed and more!

Great Property and Facility
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown and just a few more minutes to Arches. The property was extremely clean and well appointed. There were so many games for the kids and the hot tub at night was a bonus. You can catch a great view of the sunset from the second floor deck. The view is gorgeous as well. This was everything we needed to get away for a few days!

Everything we hoped and more!
We had such a great visit at this location and talk about affordable!! It was a holiday weekend and we were finding that everyone was jacking up their prices but this unit was super affordable and so great! The garage being equipped with all the games was a huge plus, the master is way larger than we anticipated and the kids had a blast in the bunk beds. The community was nice and quiet and the kids got to ride bikes around the unit. Clean, super easy check in/out, fun, and the hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Definitely recommend and hope we can stay again sometime!

Overall it was a great place for 8 people!
This neighborhood in general is great! The place was perfect for 8 adults and although it says it sleeps 11, the other 3 would be sleeping on the ground on really nice sleeping pads. The amenities are awesome on this unit! It literary has every family game you think of that you can play indoor and out. If you’re going to cook at the actual unit, bring extra pans and needed cooking supplies, it was often we were waiting to cook on the only big pan. Overall the place was updated, clean and cozy! I would recommend it but if you have more than 8 adults, know they will be sleeping on the ground.

Great place to stay
This is the second time we stayed in Rim Village. It is a very peaceful place, the condo is clean with plenty of space. The hot tub is a big plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We had a great time in Moab.

A great condo!
The unit was available as described. It was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again for my next trip to Moab. The unit is a bit south of downtown moab, so any trips into town are a few mile drive. This is well described in the description. It is was a great hub for our adventures in the area!! Great vacations rental checked all the boxes
We had a great stay at this property. We have stayed at countless vacation rentals, this was by far one of the best units in that it had great space, was very clean, all beds and linens were new, the kitchen was fairly decently stocked. We had two families both with two kids and plenty of space. The bunk room isn’t pictured but the two twins are actually two twin bunks which was great. The hot tub was great since the community pool and hot tub weren’t open when we were there. We used the grill several nights and they brought us new propane when it ran out. Management very responsive. Had great equipment to go play tennis and basketball and ladder ball which the kids loved. Only feedback would be hooks in the bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits and a bread knife that actually cuts bread, and maybe a binder with instructions on how to turn on the heat for the hut tub, what to do if out of propane or who to contact with issues, had to dig through my emails for that but otherwise it was overall a great rental and if we come back to Moab would definitely stay again!

Good size for larger groups
The unit is about 5 miles South of Moab proper. Driving into town and to mountain biking trails is needed. The unit has ample beds; the living room and eating area are small for a large group. Good size kitchen that needs to improve on supply of cutlery. The garage is large for storage of vehicles and mountain bikes. No garage door opener was provided, so every time we came back to the unit we had to go to the front door and walk thru the unit to open the garage…inconvenient and annoying especially after a long day on mountain biking trails when one is full of dust and mud or at night after a relaxing dinner in town. Unit was clean inside, however the garage was a mess. There was construction in the garage with drywall dust everywhere and building supplies. When I arrived it was raining outside and I had to sweep the garage before unloading my stuff and entering the unit to prevent the sloop that the drywall dust with the wet shoes would trudge into the unit. Not something I wanted to do upon my arrival or at all. I contacted Mike at the management company, who was immediately responsive, and sent someone to clean and mop the garage floor within half and hour. The next morning, they sent over a crew who did a major cleanup of the garage and removed all the construction supplies. Big thank you to Mike and his crew. With this said, I am not impressed with the owner who was there just before we arrived. Not a way to welcome arriving guests, who happen to be paying for quiet enjoyment for vacation time. As a landlord myself for 25+ years, the renters’ enjoyment is of top priority…enough said.
