Property was just as advertised, had all the things we needed. The on street parking for the truck and trailer was great and left the driveway and garage free for the Jeep. The unit was very clean and kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook meals if we got home early enough. The community pool was great and the quiet streets were great for the kids to ride bikes in the evenings. Only negative was the BBQ is getting old and the igniter didn’t work and the heat is hard to set because labels for the burners are worn off and not legible anymore. There is a BBQ lighter provided and you just have to play with the temperature a little more while you’re cooking. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend stay here again.

Perfect spot to explore many different parks and then return at night to rest and relax. Great star gazing right from the patio. Would stay again!

This property was perfect for our family! Large garage for bikes, super comfortable house with plenty of room for our family of three and the grandparents. The place was also very welcoming for our dogs with plenty of places to walk them around. We will definitely consider this place the next time we come to town.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't get to use the pool as it was under construction. The view was beautiful and everything was wonderful. Would recommend.

The space is great. Easily accommodates family and friends. Stocked kitchen for at home cooking. The mattress pad was soiled and the extra bedding had mouse dropping on them. We were disappointed that they didn’t have recycling and we ended up trucking out our recycling so it wouldn’t end up in landfill. That seems like a big miss in such a beautiful environment. We would come back if they upped the cleaning and used fragrance free cleaning products.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Unfortunately our friends (another couple) had to cancel at the last minute. So we had the entire unit to ourselves and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was plenty of room to relax as well as to enjoy our meals.We also appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The location is pretty quiet and not too far from town. We hope to stay here again the future.

Really liked being slightly removed from town in a first-rate condo. Clean, comfortable and well designed. Great place to come back to after a long day of hiking or offroading.

Our stay was perfect. The house was quiet, well equipped and just as listed. After long days of hiking at Canyonlands and Arches National Parks, it was wonderful to come “home” and put our feet up! We would highly recommend this property.

The garage is a great asset to store your toys and gear. The living room is very comfortable for watching TV and videos. The pool and hot tub are close and a great place to relax after a day of riding. The kitchen utensils and an appliance could use a little attention as noted in my Vacasa review. The remedies are easy.

We had the maximum of 8 people staying here. Plety of room for all of us. Everyone got thier own bed. Kitchen had all the cooking needs to cook for us all. Plenty of parking for our trucks and quads.
