Place was very aesthetically pleasing and we did enjoy our stay. However, 3rd floor was very hot and bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and stiff. You could feel the springs. We also ran into another issue upon departing. I realized one of my children left their Game It bag on the way to the airport. I contacted the host and they gave me the property contact information. I called and asked if the cleaning crew had found or turned in a bag and if so, if they could mail it to me. They then contacted their cleaning crew and said they didn’t find anything when cleaning up the place. I thought well maybe I actually packed it and couldn’t remember. Nope! We never found the bag. His bag had his game system and several games in it and my son said he had left it on the bed.

Staying at Sand Drift Villa with Large Pool and Designer Interior was an absolute dream for our extended family of 12, spanning three generations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness and luxurious feel of the villa. The villa's big rooms and ample living spaces provided everyone with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, each with comfortable beds and enough storage space for everyone's belongings. The bathrooms were a standout feature, spacious and well-equipped, making it easy for our large group to get ready in the mornings without any hassle. The highlight of our stay was the large pool and outdoor area. The kids had a blast splashing around in the pool, while the adults enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds and soaking in the sun. Even the grandparents found the outdoor space accessible and enjoyable, thanks to the well-maintained surroundings and easy accessibility. Inside, the designer interior added a touch of elegance and sophistication to our vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware, making it convenient to prepare meals for our big group. The dining and living areas were spacious enough for us all to gather comfortably for meals and family time. Overall, Sand Drift Villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It provided us with the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and functionality, ensuring that our family vacation was unforgettable. We highly recommend!

A wonderful stay. The only issue we had was that the pool was drained the first day of our stay so we couldn’t swim for the first 2 days of our trip. It was a bummer. The house was great. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Not good for people with mobility issues. Lots of stairs, but that was expected.

The property is very much as described. All bed rooms have large TVs and all three levels are on individual HVAC systems. Entire place was clean and ready to be occupied. Zero bugs of any kind were observed. We did not experience the pool, but it looked as described. All appliances are Frigidaire Gallery Series, and functioned as they should. The kitchen could benefit from more forks (they seem to disappear at my house too) and a Keurig. Drip coffee pot was provided. Property is at most a 5 min walk from the beach. The road going to the beach is a high traffic area and does not have sidewalks. So be mindful if you have small kids or pets. One other thing that I would like to point out for perspective renters is not necessarily a negative, just a FYI. The area around the property has a high Sheriff’s presence. They were activity pulling people over for seatbelt use and loud music. I heard them tell one group, “if I can hear your music at a distance of 20 ft then your getting a ticket”. I get the vibe that “young partiers” are really welcome. Not a problem for me, but just wanted to share. All in all, I’d recommend this to a family.

We enjoyed this property very much, especially since they welcomed our 75 pound dog as a guest. The unit was very clean, well equipped for our needs. Any minor maintenance issues were quickly addressed by the management company. The proximity to the beach was great, a short 5 minute walk at most. We had a great time.

We were very pleased with the property. The only issue that we had was there was long black hairs on the countertop in the kitchen in the bedding in the front bedroom on the third floor and all over the shower wall. Everything else was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhome is ideal for our family with ages ranging from 6 to adult. The bunk room on the first floor worked perfectly for our teenagers. The walk to the beach took between 5 to 10 minutes. The home has everything needed for cooking and it was very clean. Royce, with the management company, was fantastic and took care of the a/c and the grill quickly and efficiently. Because it is a townhome in the middle of others, we were very happy that we couldn’t hear any of the other townhome residents. We definitely recommend this property. Thank you for having us!

The house itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Really was beautiful inside and everything felt clean. wifi/cable didn’t work for the first day. No big deal. Maintenance person came out and fixed it quickly. The back balcony and patio are pointless and not useable. I’m 6’0 and was too tall to sit in a chair out there as my legs just wouldn’t fit. Very small, no exaggeration. Not to mention the house backs up to a messy eye sore of an area. Which is my only real complaint here- the area. I wouldn’t rent here again just because of it’s location. Front view is a trailer park and back view is an abandoned lot/cell tower which is littered with trash and just dirty. Also this just felt like a sketchy neighborhood to be in in relation to the rest of the Destin area. All in all it was a great experience and we were happy with the house itself.

The check-in process was super easy and convenient, which was nice after a long day of traveling. Some things were dirty and/or messed up when we arrived so we sent an email to the property manager but we never heard back. It wasn’t a big deal for us but it muggy have been for someone else. The location is IDEAL and the surrounding areas were full of many restaurants/shopping centers. It is a townhouse so if you’re traveling with young kids or elderly people, be cautious of all the stairs. Overall it is a beautiful property. I would gladly recommend renting this property. The rental agency was PHENOMENAL to work with, which is a huge reason we would rent from them again.

Beautiful property with great location for proximity to beach. My only issues were the floors were filthy and the sofa needs to be replaced. I would recommend leather instead of any material sofa. Other then that, perfect!

The property was beautiful and met all our needs for space and easy access to the beach. Parking was difficult because we weren't permitted to use the garage and our SUV took up the entire driveway for the unit. Other than the limitations with parking, everything was great. Nice restaurants and shopping near by. We would definitely stay again.

The property was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and an easy walk to the beach. The home has parking for two vehicles (one in garage, one on driveway). The crowded on-street parking was hit and miss for other family members. Sometimes we had to use nearby retail lots. Only recommendation for the owner is to add a cushy mattress topper to the rather hard upstairs master bed and to have an iron handy for guest use. (We found the ironing board but never could find an iron.) Overall, a delightful place to stay with a large family group. Thanks for your hospitality!
