Rented this and one other property in the neighborhood for family get together. The unit is worn, furniture older, wall patches don’t match existing paint. For the cost there are much. See list of issues below:
- [x] No flat spatula (flipper) in kitchen
- [x] No grill tools
- [x] Would be nice to have a few more provisions ie, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap to get a house that holds 12 people to get through 2 days
- [x] No toilet paper holder in 1st level bathroom
- [x] Lights in many bathrooms out
- [x] Light out in fridge out
- [x] No propane for gas grill
- [x] Cable service had minimal channels (no ESPN channels) nor were any tvs smart tvs
- [x] Internet SSID was incorrect on the Vacasa information email and the cable modem and router were not plugged into wall or connected
- [x] No pot holders in kitchen
- [x] Broken kitchen trash can
- [x] No grill tools
- [x] Oven took an hour to get to 190 degrees
- [x] Walls had been patched but the paint color used was a different shade than the original wall paint
- [x] Furniture was worn
- [x] Unit was very clean on arrival
Would not stay at this unit again.
