"We cannot say enough about our stay this past weekend for Midd Graduation. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were beautifully appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The short distance to campus was also an added plus! Drey and Jennifer were extremely easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible during a busy and hectic weekend. If we were returning to Middlebury we would certainly love to stay again!"

"The place is clean, beds are comfortble and communication with property manager was impeccable. Check-in and check-out cannot get any easier. Lacks a few cooking supplies. And if you’re a light sleeper, the house is by the road, so it could be a little noisy. All in all, a great place."

The unit is older, and could use some updating, but for the price, it delivered exactly what I needed and was an amazing deal. "Our group was an extended family reunion of sorts, including three adult siblings, each from different NE states, and one elementary aged child. We booked the carriage house for a fun weekend away to experience the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality. The carriage house ended up being perfect for our needs. "Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."
