Very clean and cute farm house. Would suggest a handrail as walking up to the steep stairs to the second floor with luggage is very challenging. Also, the a/c units were still in and we woke up to 30 degrees and a hard frost. Tried to turn on heat to take chill out but no luck.

The apartment was lovely . Since it is upstairs , it could have used a railing . Other than that it was beautifully equipped and and comfortable . WIFi was non existent . But nice to "unplug"

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Waitsfield! The interior was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for—a perfect home base for a relaxing getaway. Communication with Yiselle was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. Well upgraded Farmhouse

The porperty is a renovated farmhouse and this is the upstairs appartment. The place ia very clean and well appointed with kitchen and bathroom items. The main living space is comfortable for evening lounging. The place is not very sound proof. We didnt have any issues, but we could here the family below us in the morning. This could be a problem if it were a group having fun later into the night. The location on Rt. 100 has some traffic all night and provides some noise as well.In all, the Pros outweight the Cons and i would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and in a great location close to Waitsfield Village

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending the wedding of a friend's son at the Round Barn. It was the perfect location for us, close to town and the wedding venue. The apartment is well stocked, well appointed and clearly well cared for. The owners have thought of every detail. We both remarked that we'd stay here again - especially when we could take advantage of the swimming hole behind the house.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait mais un peu bruyant car très proche de la route 100 qui est très passagère. L'escalier est très raide et il n'y a pas de rampe.

Awesome stay!

We stumbled upon the air b&b on VRBO. We're so glad we did! Such a sweet little place with everything you could need. It's located in a great little village. We were on our way through the USA on route to Nova Scotia and we're so happy to be able to have a nice place to relax! The hosts did an amazing job with their place! Definitely recommend it!

Perfectly Comfortable

We came up to ski for the weekend and the accommodations were perfect. Close the mountain and lots of restaurants around for dinner. Great for families. Nice to have two bedrooms and a common area. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Hosts provided coffee and tea for guests. Looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for sharing your place with our family.

Coziest Stay!

We stayed here for one evening after skiing at Sugarbush and it was absolutely delightful. The upstairs unit, had everything we needed for our short stay; very clean, warm, and cozy. Only a 5-10 minute drive from Sugarbush and many restaurants. Next year we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much!!

Super Cute Farmhouse

We had a great time at the farmhouse. It looked just like the pictures in space and amenities. Too bad it was too cold to enjoy the water in the back! I emailed the owner about an issue with what sounded like a well pump when the bathroom sink began to drip, but didn’t hear back. The road noise in the master from 100 is pretty loud, but the owners have a noisemaker which helped. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return!
