17 of us went as a family and stayed at this property. We are pretty picky people and love accommodations and this place met everything. It is such a wonderful house. The owners did not skip on anything. Everything was well stocked even had extra blankets and pillows. It was just a very great long weekend. The ONLY thing I think the community could do and this has nothing to do with the home is clean up their landscaping around the pool area. It’s a great place, but the landscaping needs tlc up by the tennis courts etc.

The large open living/dining/kitchen was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! We had family staying at a few other houses as well so the use of the golf cart was super convenient!

Great house for girls trip. The large kitchen/living room area was great for gathering. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to get ready. The smart home features made for a comfortable stay, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do’

It is a lovely house with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our family time together. The little kids enjoyed the play area and toys downstairs. The adults enjoyed hours of board games and family meals at the dining room table. The screened in porch is very large and worked out well for the whole family to enjoy and we even watched a little football on the big screen tv outdoors! We were at Beachwalk in the off season so the paddle boats and kayaks were only available on Friday and the weekend. The ice-cream shop had limited hours as well. The heated pool was not very busy, so it worked out well for the little kids to enjoy the pool area. The yellow golf cart was a huge hit and very easy to find in the parking area. Overall it was a great family week in a lovely house!!!

Our family rented the summer home, Set Sail, from July 29th through August 5, 2023. We have been staying a week at Beachwalk for 15 years and have stayed at 9 different cottages over the years based on our growing, multi-generational family’s needs. Each cottage was selected based on the overall quality of the home and its common spaces and bedroom configuration. Without reservation, Set Sail excelled overall to include: the cottage’s design, terrific common spaces such as the kitchen with interior family room, screened in back family room, along with the front porch & back patio. There are three families, our two sons with three children each (ages 16 to 8) plus us - a total of 12 people. The bedroom configuration was the best to accommodate all of us - spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The cottage’s lighting & electrical services were the best that I have experienced. The cottage location is at the back of the Beachwalk property, but only a 5 minute walk to the pool and most of Beachwalk’s improved amenities and a 15 minute walk to Lake Michigan. The cottage has a golf cart, which lessens the time to the water. The cottage’s street location has several nice aspects, woods behind the cottage, little exposure to neighbors, and only one cottage north to the cross street, which also opens up the view around the cottage. The owner was very responsive.

The pictures and webpage for the Set Sail house did not overstate how nice this house is. We had 6 adults and 8 teenagers in my family and there was plenty of room. The kitchen and family room are very well set up. The back porch is delightful and large enough to handle 15 people. A very clean house, lots of dishes, cups and pans to use, plenty of bathrooms (a big plus), and a very handy golf cart to tool around the property and help cart beach equipment to stay at the Lake Michigan beach. Located close to grocery stores and jet ski rentals. The most popular feature -- a ping pong table. My family played on it for hours especially on one rainy day. Liked everything about this house.

We rent vacation homes every year for our family reunion and this my be the nicest place we've ever rented. Open, bright, large kitchen/dining/living room space. Huge screened back porch overlooking patio w/fire pit and 2 parking spaces. Well stocked garage - toys, lawn/beach chairs, flotation devices, etc. Large basement with large comfortable fold out couch, ping-pong, blankets and full bathroom. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Perfect for large families & reunions.

For our family, this home provided us with the perfect accommodations. We had four young adult males and four young adult girls (all our grandchildren) and the trundle beds worked out perfectly. I think the area that we enjoyed the most was the large screened in back porch and the fire pit. We had many good laughs at night around the fire. Another family vacation that gave us wonderful memories.

This was probably one of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Plenty of space, Eva was very accommodating. Lovely back porch to sit on. Only thing would be to bring soap products as not all bathrooms had hand soap.

This house is clean, bright, and modern. Well-appointed and well maintained. We only stayed for a long weekend but we had 3 generations of family and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The downstairs game room was key for little ones.

Check in was seamless. And the smart home system worked well too. The house was clean. We had a couple of questions and needed one thing so thankfully the property manager was very responsive. All we could talk about was how cool it would be to stay here in warmer weather. The back porch seems awesome. Fire pit was fun too. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table. Lots of room to spread out. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

Communication was easy and clear. They had an informative binder full of instructions for the property and local ‘to do’s’, restaurants and menus. We came in the off season for our granddaughters 1st birthday in October but will definitely look to rent again when we can hit the beach and take advantage of local offerings!

The house was amazing. Beautiful open concept main level with comfy couch to fit at least 8. Great back deck that is enclosed and has an indoor/outdoor fireplace. All of the bed mattresses were super comfortable. The community is a short walk to the beach where we caught a beautiful sunset. Short drive to Lighthouse outlets. This property easily fit 12 of us.

House is spacious. We had a large group big couches to hang out together. Kitchen fully equipped. Great showers. Kids loved going on rides on the golf cart ( adult driven). Only suggestion could use a small dresser in bedrooms Thank you Brian and Eva
