Sunny Isle Resort

The property is a nice hotel room with the usual hotel room features. However the room also had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Host responded quickly when we had an issue with the air conditioner. The issue was resolved quickly. I consider the host one of the better hosts we have worked with.

The suite was very clean and location was great with a short walk across the street to many places to eat and stores. Valet parking was great and the staff was very friendly.

We stay 10 days, very confortable room, excellent manager service. Location is close to several restaurant and a supermarket to buy provisions if we wanted to eat something in the room. We had access to all hotel' guest services (except daily cleaning). Absolutelly, I will consider be there in next trips.

A lot of hide fees

You have to pay 100$ resort fee each day that’s why the price looks to be small but in the end it’s not. Try a better hotel with a better rate .Never again

Miami! What else can I say?

The room was very nice!! Very clean! Had a great time! It's a double egged sword for me. Love staying at the Trump Resort, but so does everyone else and the prices reflect that.

This property and room were fantastic! The owner provided excellent amenities in the room and it was such an amazing experience all around! I also forgot something in the room and the owner went out of his way to ensure the items were returned to me. Thank you Al, this was a first class experience and I can't wait to come back!

The bedroom only has supplies for 2 persons one day and reservation was for 4 persons 2 nights 3 days. The price as Al Avalli Representative from the property owner include a fee from hotel that include parking and the use for all facilities from the resort ( pools, beach umbrellas and chairs etc), however the hotel charge $100 per day additional on arrival to the resort. Al Avalli was notify by me 1 week before day of reservation about the name of the person in charge to check because I will arrive late, but he did not report it to the hotel and we were waiting 3 hours to do check in for this reason. he was called from the hotel but he did not answer until 3 hours after. The hotel does not be luxury like look in the pictures at Expedia web. My experience was not good and the price is not according to the facility, probably rooms reserved by hotel and not by owners could receive better attention.

Family vacations

The toilet bowl was clogged, they never cleaned, they didn't pick up garbage, I had no towels, I didn't have toilet paper, this is incredible, I don't recommend it to anyone.
