Es de los peores lugares que he llegado, justo en este momento el aire acondicionado está teniendo una fuga y hasta una cazuela le tuvimos que poner para que no se inunde el lugar como ayer. Las ventanas no se abren, la caja fuerte no funciona, la basura que generas se queda acá hasta que te vayas ( checkout) la presión de la regadera apenas es funcional, y el lavabo está tapado. No se que en qué momento llegamos acá

Adore this hotel! I been staying here for years. Never a miss, rooftop bar is always a bonus. Beach right at front. Would recommend going to THE PALACE for great entertainment/ enjoyment.

Like that it’s right next to the beach. However one thing I did not know & was upset about is there is a server fee that is added on every bill in the area. I wish someone at the hotel told me this was a thing upon checkin, as I was double tipping for a few days before learning from an another customer the tips were already on each bill. Sadly I didn’t see it before & trusted the system & just thought it was more expensive in Miami & more specifically at the beach

Property room A503 needs serious bathroom improvements and a heating system that works. The bathroom needs a shower stall. It has a small round tub with a circular curtain that was not satisfactory. It was very difficult to engage the spray hose, and there was no way to hang the hose up for hands free washing. There was a shower head aimed straight down in the middle, that could not be activated- yet it dripped cold water while showering. Also, the hot water faucet doesn’t work. On the morning of 2-23-34, there was no hot water at all in the room. Additionally- the heater never worked, even though the fan ran and the thermostat indicated it was running. This room needs to be closed until a shower unit is installed, the heater is fixed and it has continuous hot water.

Thank you Daniel. The shower handle is on the wall. Looks like you did not see it. It is mentioned in our check-in instructions. There is no need for heating. It is 76 degree Fahrenheit or 25 Celsius this February. Kind regards

0wner nicely advised us of noise due to the club next door. It wasnt bad abd we just used white noise. With the doors and windows shut you couldnt hear the noise that much. Location was superb. Check in was easy. Loved,loved, loved the location.

Expensive Motel 6 from the 70s
I hope this will help other families on their trip to south beach. The location for this hotel is phenomenal, in the heart of the city. The rooftop pool is opened to the public, with a very unique clientele. I would say not family friendly. The check-in was awful. The guy at front desk had no desire to help nor cared to figure out anything other then passing us the keys. We checked in at 4pm, the elevator was broken and there was NO ONE willing to help (keep in mind the stairs to the room were tinny. Hard to carry 3 40lb bags). There are 3 or 4 buildings in this structure, our building (A building), looked more an old motel 6 rundown. No apparent maintenance has been done since the 70s. The elevator (when finally worked) shake when the doors opened. The room was old and the pullout couch is for one person at most and uncomfortable. We were 4 people (2 adults 2 teenagers), we had to sleep 3 people in one bed. The room was noisy and the "balcony" was facing a wall and parking garage to the left. The room had just been cleaned, which should have been a positive thing except the smell of chemical was unbearable. We slept with door open and had to deal with the noise of the streets. Font desk didn't even let us present the problem. Not their business. There are 100s of hotels on Ocean drive, unless this is your only option. Save yourself some money and aggravation. Thankfully we still had a wonderful time in South Beach.

The property is between a drag queen bar which is about 20 feet from one side and a heavy metal bar about 15 ft from the other side. And it seems they try to out do each other on loudness. The loud music and show lasted until around 3 a.m. and began again at 11 a.m. every day.

Thank you for your feedback. You stayed during the busy Art Basel weekend. You told us that South Beach was not for you so we understand that it won't be if you don't come here to have some fun. To be fair, the entertainment is on and off and certainly not that late. That particular beautiful Suite is soundproof in the bedroom. Kind regards

I booked this trip months ago and I wanted to cancel the hotel, they would not give me my refund, so I knew something about this hotel was not good, the place needs updates the bathroom, bedroom, the whole hotel. It was loud music playing late at night and early in the morning, I could not sleep at all, I tried to go to the beach and they didn’t have beach towels available, furthermore it was my worst hotel experience in Miami and I’ve been to Miami a million times…. I will never stay here again and I advise everyone do not stay here

The bathroom seat was broken, the elevator was broken so we had to walk up to the 5th floor each time. We were also locked out of the building one night at 4am because the door to the stairs was held open by a rock and someone happened to move the rock accidentally and there was no one at the front desk for more than an hour. When we called the host more than a dozen times we only got a call back at 9 am the next morning and all he did was apologize but made it seem like we were overreacting.

Must know before you book a reservation.
First things first property conditions (below average) NOT what you see online when booking reservation. Roof top pool very nice layout, but water was dirty through the entire of my stay. Also the pool area is not Family friendly atmosphere. I don’t recommend and won’t be staying there again. Sorry, I don’t have pictures to share.

Very loud music until 1am. No instructions for TVs & something wrong with Direct TV connection in our room & room next to us. We finally figured out our & did same for unit next to ours but there was definitely a delay in the connection.

It was a VIBE
The stay was great we came for a quick birthday trip and the location was EVERYTHING!! Do no recommend if for some reason you came to to South Beach and you're looking for a good night sleep. The bar had live performance every night but for US it was a real VIBE. The rooftop pool also had the most amazing views. Ho ahead and book if you're looking to enjoy the are and close proximity to the beach

The location was great, could walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. If you need somewhere quiet don’t stay here as there is a bar right underneath that is very loud all the time, we didn’t mind it but just a heads up. The room was fairly clean, we got clean towels everyday which was nice. The bathroom door and window in the bedroom were both broken, neither would close which was kinda annoying but nothing we couldn’t look past. The only thing i was a little upset about was that, to my knowledge, we paid $60 each for a “resort fee” for beach chairs and umbrellas, but when we got to the beach we still had to pay extra for those things and they weren’t cheap. Also just a heads up, each condo is privately owned so if you have any issues the front desk can’t help you, they’ll tell you that you need to contact the owner. All in all, this place was great for us for the price. Would probably recommend to others

Room was extremely dirty and nearly in disrepair. Shower was disgusting. Club below is unbelievably loud all day until 2AM. Pool on the rooftop is nice until 3-9pm when its open to the public with a DJ. Would avoid this hotel all together

The location is unique! Bad maintenance of the room. Sealing is leaking, some lights & wall outlets are not working, no cleaning during the whole stay (only towel change and clean sheets were dropped in the room). Front desk staff Estephanie is the BEST!

Only thing good about the property is the area and the Bellman the staff is horrible we asked for tissue and they wouldn’t give it to us instead we had to argue for some napkins smh (disrespectful) keep in mind we were there 5 days and the same thing with fresh towels I don’t recommend unless it’s the last option

Thank you again for staying with us. We provide every day room service for guests staying with 3 or more people and every other day room service for guest staying with 1 - 2 people. Not sure what happened as the front desk has toilet paper and miscellaneous items we provide that they can hand out as needed.

I enjoyed the stay room was amazing. Only issues were with shower and doors. The shower part that turns on the water needs to be replaced it has a small leak in it that streams water unto the floor. Also room sliding doors are a bit hard to open. Other than that the room was amazing, clean, and great view. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Diese Absteige verdient es nicht ansatzweise, Hotel genannt zu werden. Hoffentlich lässt sich niemand mehr, wie es bei uns der Fall war, von der Lage am Strand und den schönen Bildern täuschen. Alles war nur extrem laut (im Erdgeschoss ist der Gayclub Palace mit extrem lauter Musik von10 Uhr morgends bis zwei Uhr nachts, auf dem Dach des Nachbarschuppens eine Klimaanlage, die Lärm wie 10 LKW auf einmal macht), dreckig und einfach nur eklig. Im Nachbarzimmer wurden nonstop Joints geraucht. Der Gestank zog durchvdie ganze Etage. Wir haben deshalb nach einer Nacht freiwillig abgebrochen und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Eigentlich sollte keine Buchungsplattform diesen Schuppen anbieten. Es ist schlichtweg arglistige Täuschung. Kein Wunder, dass diese Absteige Vorkasse verlangt.

No one seemed to know anything. Property was advertised as family friendly when in fact it is a total party spot - directly above the Palace. Great drag show but it seemed our young children were th only ones for miles!!

The location is awesome, and the staff polite. The room could use updating, but was nice. The rooftop pool and bar is beautiful. Generally a very nice place to stay.

The prize i had to pay on my confirmation page was $159 and i was charged $181. Custoner service at the lobby was terrible. I had to call the number provided to be able to check in. The room wasn't even in the address provided in the website. They took me to an older building next door. The balcony wasn't facing the ocean like they told me. This is a fake advertisement.
